Charming 2-bedroom cottage, less than one mile from beautiful Parker's River Beach, shopping, and entertainment. Inside this cozy, newly renovated, home you will find a comfortable living room with separate sitting room and two private bedrooms at opposite ends of the house. Cook breakfast in the well equipped kitchen and eat in the adjacent dining room that doubles as a sunroom or sit outside at one of the outdoor dining tables. After a day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower or use the oversized shower inside. Relax in the spacious backyard among the gardens. Grill outdoors and eat on the newly installed patio. Beaches, shops, and entertainment are a walk, short bike ride or quick car drive away. There is something for everyone here.

This location was decorated and furnished is if we were coming home. We felt very comfortable and everything we could have needed was there for our use. The host was very friendly and caring and we felt very welcome to their home.

We love this place! Well stocked kitchen, everything you need! Location is great to all of the Cape. The patio and seating off kitchen is fantastic. An enjoyable walk to get to the beach but if you had kids, you might have to drive.

Cute, clean, comfortable home in an excellent location. We loved the private backyard with the outdoor shower. The location was great for getting to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Ken was very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay there again!

We highly recommend this property and really enjoyed our stay! We were traveling with kids, so the house was a perfect fit with the large yard and lawn games available. The house was very clean and exudes Cape Cod charm. The host was also responsive. We would definitely return!

Really wonderful stay! We have been coming to the Cape for 15 years, this was the most well equipped house we have ever had, the host literally has thought of any and everything you may need. Beautiful house and outdoor space. We were pleasantly surprised to find great beaches just down the road, less than 1/2 mile walk. The neighborhood was quiet and cute, walkable to one of our favorite candy stores and mini golf. Thanks Ken!

The house and property was clean and well kept. The yard was perfect for play with the kids amd the beach is a short walk. We had an amazing stay amd will definitely be back!

July 4th Vacation

This is our second year staying here for our summer vacation and we love it! The house is perfect and so clean. The kitchen looks brand new, amazing backyard and a great outdoor shower. Can’t beat the location- close to the beach and close to 28. The owners are excellent and very accommodating. We look forward to next year!!

privacy was an issue.. needed shades/blinds in bedrooms also dining/living room area. shower curtain was also an issue needed to a better quality.. should also have a safety handlebar in shower.. We feel extremely comfortable finding a vacation home through VRBO! thanxs Steve & Jodi St Peter

Delightful home and hosts!

What a lovely stay we had! Our hosts were welcoming and communicative from start to finish. Their photos on VRBO were spot on -- they showed we'd have all we would need, and more, and it was true. From towels to games, from flowers to a squishy couch to collapse into after a long day, it felt like home. While we normally stay in a less busy area, we were very happy to have peace, quiet, and comfort when we needed it with quick access to all the fun stuff around -- beaches, the Whydah, our fave towns are all nearby. So whether you're on your own, are a couple, or have a bigger group along for the ride, we'd recommend giving this Bass River house a try. You'll have a great time! :)

Great home for our 4 person family. It feels like our own little home away from home. The kitchen is great. We don't have to eat out for every meal. It is a short drive to family fun and many great restaurants, if we don't feel like cooking. Easy access to the beach. Very well maintained lawn. Perfect for playing with the kids and naps in the shade. We love staying here.

Erholung pur

Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was sich eine Hausfrau wünscht. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt! Der Garten war zum Faulenzen ebenso gefragt, wie der Grill! Allerdings hat uns der Seagull Beach in West Yarmouth besser gefallen! Aber ansonsten ist Cape Cod auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert.
