Perfect Labor Day weekend on the Cape! Walkable, comfortable, adorable. Beach, BBQs, s’mores, bike rides, nightlife, board games and books. Something for everyone. Sad to leave!

The cottage was clean, comfortable, well stocked with anything you need, and perfectly located for exploring the cape towns and beaches. We liked the convenience of the 3 min walk to the little beach down the street. The owner was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and welcoming. Close to the beach. Maybe a bit longer than 100 steps but so good. Thank you Zach for letting us stay in your lovely cottage.

Lovely stay- very quaint home, as described well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Having linens provided is a big plus. Great downstairs area for kids or adults- very roomy. Outdoor shower was fantastic- Beach was walkable- Nice area. Would stay again.

Cozy, but with plenty of space for our family. So adorable, clean and comfortable. Well equipped, was perfect place for our beach getaway!

Perfect family vacation

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was conveniently located a few steps from the beach. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities to make it a perfect stay. We grabbed breakfast every day at the Sailing cow that was also within walking distance.

Two Lobster-Claws Way Up!

A charming spot near the ocean. We (adults, kids and a toddler) had a blast. Host was great too!

Excellent stay at the Adventurer!

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were steps away from the beach, quiet neighborhood, outdoor shower was amazing, the fire pit was fun in the evenings, corn hole boards, comfy beds, and just so much charm to the house. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for such a perfect getaway.

Nice and Cozy!

The house was nice and cozy. Just what our family needed as we explored the Cape Cod. Great central location to other cities. The kids enjoyed the board games. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare dinners. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely clean and cozy Cape cottage

The house was exactly as pictured and was well-stocked and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is a great place to relax in the early evening. The owner has thought of many details...even a discreet gate at the top of the spiral staircase. Getting in and out of the property was a snap. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Costal comfort at its best!

One word.. exceptional! Everything about it from the property owner, location, and property itself inside and out. Very neat and clean and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. This was beyond our expectations and we are grateful to have been a guest in this home! We will be back!

Perfect house for our family of 5!!

The house was perfect for our family of 5! We were immediately struck by the super cool decor as soon as we walked in. It was extremely clean, well stocked, a smart layout, and in a great location. We appreciated all of the little details. It just felt good to be there! Zach was very easy to work with and was very kind. Would 100% recommend this property!

This cottage is exactly as looks in the pictures. I found the location perfect and the neighborhood very quiet at night. The cottage is bigger than it seems, so it fit 3 adults and a 4-year-old nicely with room to spread out for all of us. The owner was extremely accommodating, and the house had all the essentials we needed. The outside had a lovely place to sit for morning coffee or an evening bbq. Dennis is a lovely part of the Cape, and I recommend taking advantage of the owner's suggestions for eating and places to visit. It made our long weekend trip ideal. I'll definitely be back to rent this cottage again and again!

Perfect spot by the beach

The 5 star reviews are all true. This is a wonderful property within a 2-3 min walk to the beach. Everything about this property was incredibly thoughtful. There is nearly everything you would want in a place to live, let alone stay for a vacation. It has the most amazing outdoor shower too which was really helpful with small children coming back from the beach. Extremely clean too! Highly recommend!

Great Place

Everything was great. The check-in communication was timely, and the check-in packet had everything we needed. The house was exactly as described, even down to the available chairs (we flew in so we had no beach stuff) and having firewood available for s’mores. I don’t think the house could have served us any better than what it did. If I could point to anything as a negative - the Glendon Road Beach leaves a lot to be desired, which is unfortunate because it’s within walking distance. However, West Dennis Beach is a 5 minute drive and was the kind of beach we’re expecting.

A fabulous vacation home!

We had a great week at this home away from home. It had everything we could have asked for. The home has been perfectly decorated and our kids loved the outdoor shower. The keyless entry into the house was great and we loved that we could log on to our Direct TV Now app on the TV so our kids could watch the shows they like. Zach was helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. The beach is very close and we loved that it was level with the street. Our family made wonderful memories this summer and we look forward to coming back to the Adventurer!!

Adorable cape near the water!

We had a lovely stay in this adorable Cape. Zach has done a wonderful job upkeeping the property and it is in the PERFECT location. We loved it! ONly downfall was the house/family across the street - loud JAmaican music all weekend associatied with shady cars coming and going all the time communicating only with a gentlman wearing a court monitored ankle brace. I usually don't care, but my young kids watched this all weekend so it bothered me a bit. Overall, a gorgeous lil house for an escape with my kids. I'll be honest and say we were sick the entire time we were there, but the comfey accommodations make it easier to be away from home. Thanks for a beautiful cottage, Zach!
