The centerpiece of the space is a custom-designed accent wall, crafted from reclaimed barnwood in a striking herringbone pattern, framing a gas fireplace with a whitewashed brick hearth. Above the fireplace is a wall-mounted Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

Relax on the plush seating, including a black leather sleeper sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for additional guests, alongside a matching loveseat and armchair. The space is beautifully complemented by hardwood floors, pine-paneled ceilings, and a hand-hewn coffee table, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.

The lofted second living space upstairs doubles as a game room, complete with a pool table, a Smart TV, and a bar table with stools. This open-concept space also includes two twin-over-full bunk beds, offering a fun and functional area for kids or additional guests.

The chef’s kitchen at Hidden Forest Cabin is a dream for anyone who loves to cook and entertain. It features sleek granite countertops, a rustic reclaimed barnwood backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and all the essentials for creating gourmet meals.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the coffee station, located in the dining area, where guests can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. The station includes a drip coffee maker, K-cup machine, a selection of teas, mugs, and accessories.

The dining room features a hand-hewn farmhouse-style table that seats seven, illuminated by a rustic wagon-wheel chandelier. For smaller, casual meals, the breakfast bar offers seating for two with serene views of the surrounding forest.

Policies and Additional Charges

★ Excessive Cleaning Fees: Start at $100.00 for cases involving removal of bodily fluids, needles, or any major mess.
★ Excessive Trash Charges: $35.00 for significant amounts of trash. Guests staying 5 or more days must call for mid-week trash pickup to avoid this fee.
★ Hot Tub Cleaning Fees: Charges start at $65.00 for excessive cleaning (e.g., bubbles, dirt, bodily fluids, or vomit) due to the need to drain, refill, and sanitize.
★ Mid-Stay Hot Tub Cleaning: $45.00, available upon guest request. Hot tubs are thoroughly cleaned before every stay.

📌 Important Notes (Things to Know Before Booking)

🚙 Driveway Access – A 4WD vehicle is recommended for easier and safer access to the property, particularly during poor weather or road conditions.

📱 Cell Service – Cell service in the area may be limited or spotty. We recommend saving directions and important arrival information before your trip.

💧 Well Water – The property uses natural well water, which may occasionally have a noticeable sulfur smell. This is a natural characteristic of well water in the area.

💳 Security Deposit Hold – A $500 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the card on file before or during your stay as a security deposit.

💰 Refund Processing Fee – If you cancel within the applicable refundable cancellation period, 5% of the total payment will still be deducted as a processing fee.

🔒 Security – Exterior security cameras are installed for property security and guest safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🧹 Damages & Cleaning – Excessive mess, additional cleaning, or property damage may result in extra charges.

🛋️ Furniture Policy – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove furniture or décor.

🍽️ No Food in Bedrooms – Please enjoy meals and snacks in designated dining and common areas only.

🔕 Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 7 PM to 8 AM. Please keep indoor and outdoor noise at a respectful level during these hours.

💧 Use of Amenities – Use of the pool, spa, court, firepit, and other provided amenities is at the guest’s own risk. Children must be properly supervised when using applicable amenities.

★ Please be kind to our furniture and property. Do not rearrange the furniture.
★ No eating or drinking in bedrooms, spa or sauna. Please enjoy your meal in the dining area.
★ Guests that are not on the reservation are not permitted.
★ Damages and extra cleaning will be charged to the credit card on file.
★ No outdoor fires or fireworks on property.
★ Be respectful of check-in and check-out time. Our cleaning team needs the full time to clean the house spotless for your stay.
★ We have bear-safe trash cans on site. PLEASE do not leave food accessible, as it WILL attract animals. Please clean up spills immediately, as they will attract ants and insects.
★ 4WD is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this driveway, especially in wet, muddy, snowy, icy or other inclement weather you might not make it up with a 2wd.
★ We highly recommend arriving before dark.
★ We have signs showing the way up to the cabin, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND to arrive before dark to find it easy.
