This unique , open , airy townhome is on the beach block and only steps to the beach !With its expanding cedar ceiling , stone fireplace and open floor plan you have an immediate feeling of comfort and calm unlike many rentals in the area with low ceilings and less character.This spacious 1200 sq feet townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Loft style master bedroom with over sized walk in shower and large sundeck. 2nd bedroom has a full bath with access to fenced in tropical back yard with outside eating area.Cable TV and Wifi in all rooms . Furnished front patio at entrance. parking outside your front door-no elevators. We have many items for the beach(chairs/umbrellas/cooler) What a location! The excitement of Orlando theme parks and attractions less than an hours drive.Returning home to your peaceful ocean retreat and sandy white beaches.Why pay Orlando rates when you can pay less and wake up at the beach ? This is a very family oriented area with tons of options , Ron Jon Surf Shop , put-put golf, go carts, piers with restaurants and bars ...too many places to list. There is also the Cape Canaveral Port with restaurants serving fresh fish , bars, seafood markets and of course the cruise ships coming and going.So please be our guest and enjoy !

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed staying here. Great weekly rate. Close walk to the beach. Clean property. Beaches not crowded. 45 min drive to Orlando. Lots to do.

Just what we needed

It was the perfect place for us. Two minute walk to the beach right out the front door. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the crowds and tourist areas but close enough to be able to enjoy them. We had our two little puppies and it was nice having several places to take them for walks in the neighborhood. The neighbors were quiet and pleasant to talk to. The townhouse had most of the household and beach essentials which limited what we needed to purchase. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd stay here is as enjoyable as the 1st!

It's the 2nd time we stayed at the property and enjoyed it as much we did last year. We like the location on so close to the wonderful beach, we watched launches from the beach, visited Space Center and Disney. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and the owner was responsive. All in all, very pleasant experience. Recommended.

A few days at the beach

Stayed here a few days. Property was clean, spacious for our family, within a block from the beach. Description of rental was very accurate. Very good communication with rental owners made it easy to find and enjoy. Parking out front for cars nice perk. Would rent again

Just steps to the beach

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 2 minute walk to the beach. Rental unit was clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!!

Great space and walk to the beach

FANTASTIC!

If you’re looking, and it’s available, book it! My wife, 2 small pups, and I stayed a few nights and we absolutely loved it. Great, safe location down the street from the beach (not the dog beach though). It was well appointed, exceptionally clean, very comfortable, with a cool loft that is the best area of the house. Can’t say enough positive about it.

Great location. Friendly people.

We stayed at here for the month of March 2018. Sea Monica had a well-equipped kitchen, lots of linens, nice outside spaces (3) and local owners who were helpful and responsive. Thanks, Kathy and Jimmy. You guys are great!

Owners fine people.

Jim and Kathy were great people and the location was very good. We felt for the cost of the rental, the couch and loveseat were not up to the quality that one might expect. They should have been replaced long ago. That is the only complaint I can make. Place was immaculate and well maintained other than couch and loveseat issue.

Nice Beach Location

The townhouse was clean and generously stocked with appliances and household supplies. The owner was super helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. Best of all, the house is very close to the beach. Would recommend the townhouse for up to four people. Five stars!

Lovely month stay

This property became our home away from home for the month of March. Kathy and James were always available and helpful. The townhouse was clean and well equipped. The location is great because it is away from busy cocoa beach. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The owners have made some very nice upgrades. We walked to the cocoa beach pier several times and even to Dunkin Donuts. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice

The home was clean and there was plenty of room in kitchen cabinets and closets. We loved that it was just steps from the beach. While we were there we had some problems but Kathy took care of everything immediately. She was wonderful to work with. The outside areas off of the bedrooms are very nice. Nancy and Roman

Great family vacation

Our family of four with two teenagers stayed the entire week. The place was clean and well appointed. One mention is that the kayak and bicycle but no longer available. Outside of that we had a wonderful time and it was a great location. The beach is very close to the house and is wonderful.

Close to quiet beach

Beach is less than 3min walk from the condo. We liked the car port to park under. Made it easy to unload the car when it was raining. We had a great time.

Vacation Rental

We were 2 adults with small dogs and rented through January 2014. We found our stay to be delightful, with everything needed being right at hand. The unit was very clean and much of it was updated. Parking for several cars is possible. The beach was a short 5 minute walk away which was great. Stores and attractions were all very close as well. We especially enjoyed visiting Old Cocoa and the Kennedy Space Center. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Kathy was a joy to work with.

A GREAT TIME IN THE SUN!

I took vacation with my adult daughter, her boyfriend and my 17 year old son. We arrived to find an impecably clean home. Kathy the owner stopped by shortly after we checked in and even called during the stay to see how everything was and inquire if we needed anything. It looked exactly like the pictures. The property is a block away from the beach, and offered free of charge beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards. My children and I enjoyed many hours on those boards! We got such great sun tans! The home is located within an hour of Orlando and it was so convientent for traveling to the Orlando amusement parks. There was a grill we used multiple times to cook on, and two different patios with nice furniture sets to sit and eat. The surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, something most people look for on a vacation. I would recommend this property to families with children of all ages, or just friends who want a nice quiet place for relaxation or some fun in the sun. I will definately stay there again.
