Private Direct Oceanfront Home! Pet Friendly

Oceanfront house in area of exclusive homes with amazing views and unusual privacy.

All tile floors andceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own marble & granite bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is very well-furnished, equipped and clean. Great room has a 18-foot high clerestory. This is a private ocean front home.

Beach is wide, warm, and the sand consistency allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier or Jetty Park is just a 20 minute walk on the beach, three minutes by car.

Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. Our lovely beach house is also close to a Mall, Multi-Plex Theater, and Super Wal-Mart.

We are by far the best value on the beach front! It is common for our guests to remark that our property is 'even better than the pictures.'

Our quaint cottage offers privacy and tranquility, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the express 'Beach Line' (528). There is a Caretaker's Cottage, which is at entrance of the property with the beach cottage up the driveway on the ocean front. We are easy to reach if needed, but your privacy is a priority.

Beautiful beach front property, 30 second walk to the beach from the back door. Easy access to downtown and very quiet street even on the holiday weekend. Recommended for couples or small family with small children. Sun deck full view of the beach , hot tub a great afternoon relaxer. House amenities and AC perfect. We will be back!

We had the absolute best time on our vacation here! There's nothing better than grabbing a cup of coffee and walking just a few steps to go to the beach and enjoy the sunrise. The house is nestled in to give you some privacy, and located near all kinds of different activities. If you're looking for somewhere to unwind, this place is it!!

If you are looking for privacy with peace and quiet this is the place. We always stay on the beach with private, close access, and this was perfect! I grew up on the beach in SC and we always wore shoes walking to the ocean shore because of sand spurs. WEAR YOUR SHOES LOL! There are sand spurs here! I haven’t had one stuck in my foot or on the bottom of my shoes since I was a kid, it was nostalgic We also watched the cruise ships going out. We were very close to the port, but again the beach was very private with very few people. Perfect place for us. We will return!

Ideal beach house! Nicely appointed and equipped. From the deck watched a rocket launch from the Cape-bucket list! The beach is right there. Secluded, quiet. Lovely yard came with a gopher tortoise and a rabbit! Florida nature at its best. The hot tub was phenomenal-definitely will return.

Being ON the beach rather than NEAR the beach made this gem of a VRBO an extra-special vacation. There was no getting to/from the beach hassle - our cold drinks and food just steps away from our comfortable chaises. And the elevated deck was great for happy hour where we watched the cruise ships leave Port Canaveral or a nighttime launch from Cape Canaveral. Host was a good communicator and friendly.

Beautiful property for a relaxing beach getaway! We enjoyed the upper deck immensely. The home is well equipped & in a convenient spot for local amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Nestled in a private location and just steps to a beautiful beach. Beautiful walks on the beach or in the neighborhood. Not much car traffic makes it ideal. Lisa is the best in communications too!

Our peaceful beachfront oasis

We had such a relaxing vacation at this very welcoming, clean, and comfortable beach cottage. We loved the short walk to the beach after we enjoyed our morning coffee up on the deck soaking in the amazing view. Lisa, the host, was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions. We appreciated the snack basket she left for us upon checking in. This was our first stay here and we are already planning when we can return.

This is the best value on the beach by far. To have a house on the beach for the value of a luxury condo is epic. It is a private, well appointed house that opens to the water. It's the ultimate in relaxation or romance or both!
