2 full bathrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms plus 3 comfortable bedrooms! Washer /dryer was nice. Great location.. 5 mins from cruise port.

Everything worked out fine. There was a little miscommunication a few days before but it was cleared up. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work but I switched it with the one in the living room. The inside was as advertised and clean. The outside looked neglected. But the property served it’s purpose

The location was perfect far as being close to the beach it was only a short walk. I experienced roaches in the kitchen cabinet, there was a bad leak in a garbage can where the bucket filled up to the brim bout time we checked out in the laundry room. There was an odor in the laundry room and around the home as well. The landscaping was horrible. Dead leaves and palm trees all over the from and backyard. There was only one TV in the living room. The place was definitely outdated. It could have used some upgrades for sure and a deeper cleaning will help out a lot. The garage was messy. It should’ve been swept out before we arrived and they’re also should been some games to play as an option. Only recommendation is location.

Large house, convenient location!

We were doing a family trip down to Cape Canaveral to escape the drizzle of Washington State. This house was just a couple blocks from the beach. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was super convenient for the particular group we had with us. Also, the host was quick to respond to our text messages when we had a couple of questions.

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach which is great because parking at the free lots is terrible. I do recommend to reach out to the owner via text message through his phone number, as that was an easier and quicker way to ask questions. It is an older area, but it is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I think the only downside was our daughter’s room’s fan wasn’t working properly so she was unable to use it. We told the owner and he said he would look into it. Since we were only staying two nights, I didn’t expect an immediate fix. I just appreciated that he acknowledged it and was responsive. The only criticism we have is that the pillows definitely need to be changed out.Otherwise this is a great place to stay!

The Beach

Overall a decent property with a few issues hot water and water pressure were the two biggest issues the property managers communication was ok at best there was also one tv in the whole property everything in the property felt really cheap beach access was close the last thing I will say is toiletries were limited

Owner claimed we rented a movie.. No we did not, we didn’t turn the TV on, The place was an absolute trash hole, beds not made, kitchen counter had food particles everywhere, stunk like mold, the yard was not kept, my mistake for staying there, there were six adults, three bedrooms one tv, downstairs! The owner should be ashamed of this place, even the garage was a mess, trash all over the floor, garage door broken, removed bedding left in the closet master bed, box springs were removed and placed in the closet, entry way was completely left untended, for 400 this is a &@@hole. BEWARE. I have used VRBO many times, not in the local cities, mostly where vacationers go, but have never seen a mess like this, the description needs to be changed. To DO NOT USE.
