Cocoa Beach Club is such a great location. Access to the beach, pier and pool make this the perfect base. The apartment is clean and well equipped and great value for money. Patricia is an excellent host making everything easy.

A restful vacation

This is a great place, close to everything but was very quiet with little traffic by it. Just a short walk to the pier. Very nice pool and a beautiful beach.

A wonderful vacation

Great beach and pool access, there were extra beach supplies and towels for complimentary use. Communication and contact with the owners was easy and prompt. We had a great trip, and look forward to going back!

This condo was clean and ready to go for our family. Communication was easy and check in was simple and we were allowed to check in a little early as well. We liked the floor plan and it being located on the first floor. It had all the extras that we may have needed i.e. condo supplies, beach chairs, boogie boards. The pool is fabulous and the new boardwalk on the property was very nice as well. We love Cocoa Beach, Cocoa Beach Club and this condo

Been staying at CBC for over 30 years. Nice place could use some upgrades.

Nice could use some tlc in spring cleaning and new kitchen stuff.

We enjoyed our stay as we have in the past. Always enjoy returning to Cocoa Beach Club. It's perfect for us. We have our favorite restaurants. And enjoy meeting up with the people we've met there in the past .Hopefully will get to see them again next yr.

Very happy

We stayed in condo 113 it was all we could ask for. Ocean a few feet away. Clean well equipped with beach chairs and towels. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We look forward to staying there again. Very happy!

Peaceful clean condo steps from the beach

This is my third time staying at this condo unit and it’s excellent every time. I love the management keeps the common areas peaceful and respectful. I appreciate this unit provides everything I need for the beach (umbrella, boogie board, towels etc.). Thank you Patricia for the hospitality. We hope to be back again sometime soon!

Overall

It was very clean and I loved the location! Family was down there a condo away and 10 mins away. We had a great time! The beach was a hop skip and a jump away.The only downfall was that the pool closed so early and was very strict about the rules. We felt like we were being watched all the time.

Excellent beach condo

Second time at this condo. Brought our dogs this time, so wonderful it’s pet friendly. The covered parking, beach access, beautiful pool, are all conveniently located and close enough to the pier. Only downside was the king bed sheets were dirty w/sand and dog hair when we arrived, but it was easy to wash them since the washer and dryer are in unit. Also, the front door knob was very loose and wouldn’t lock easily so my husband tightened it (ez fix w/screwdriver in kitchen drawer). Could use a deep clean/dusting. Overall, we loved our stay!

Best location ever!

You cannot beat the location of this condo! First floor, walk a few steps out to the beautiful heated pool and only a few more steps and you are on the beach!! So many things are in walking distance…the pier, restaurants, shopping, ice cream, etc. The condo is fully stocked with everything you may need from toilet paper to kitchen accessories to beach chairs and toys. Just a couple of things to note…no night life allowed by the pool past dusk which was a little bummer for our teens and the dressers have a yucky weird smell that we couldn’t use. Those things wouldn’t prevent us from coming back but just wanted to share.

Comfortable beds and couches! Very thankful for the adjustable thermostat to our comfort. Plenty of beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards, balls, toys, etc.). Walk right out onto the beach!!!

As always, this condo was perfect for my family get away. Pet friendly so we could bring our dog, very clean. I walked to the beach every morning and evening. One night the people above us were partying until after midnight, but the rest of the stay was quiet and peaceful (which is why I love this place). Looking forward to next time!!!

Wonderful beach condo

We loved this condo. The location is superb! Walking distance to the pier, but far enough so we weren’t close to the crowded portion of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals (Publix right up the street made grocery shopping convenient). Mostly families staying here, was nice and quiet at night, my 11 year old made plenty of friends in the pool. I liked the condo had a covered parking spot. The rooms stayed cool, and having 2 bathrooms was great. Plus the condo came with boogie boards, beach umbrellas, chairs and plenty of towels. We hope to come back soon!!!

Wonderful stay

Last minute family vacation

My husband and I decided to take our 2 teenaged sons on a last minute trip to Cocoa Beach before school starts. What a great spot we were able to book with Patricia. Great location, great pool, great beach. So many things in walking distance or short drives. Nice, clean, safe accommodations. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!! Thank you Patricia for being so readily available for our questions!

Fantastic beach access

The two bedroom condo is very nice. Had all the kitchen wear items needed. Comfy two bedrooms and a great couch that a teenager claimed for the week. The location can’t be beat. Walked to the pier everyday and had lunch. The pool was great when you didn’t want the beach. Parking right in front. We will book again on our return to Cocoa Beach.
