Very good layout for a trip to Cedar Falls for three couples. Space is easy accessible and 10 minutes to any shopping, dinner or entertainment. Communication with the host could have been better from reservation to check in but everything worked out in the end.

The instructions for access were not shared until the morning of check in and even then I had to email to get them. I also made a request for a later check out and never did hear from the host so left at the 10:00 check out time. The townhome was very nice. I appreciated the coffee provided,the spaciousness , and the amount of parking that was available.

Communication was terrible! There was no remote for the tv. I tried to reach out to them several times about it. Someone finally brought one over, & left it on the front porch. That remote did not work for the tv. I tried to contact them several times through phone calls & texts, but there was no response, after they said someone brought a remote over. I left a message saying it was frustrating, & with 5 year old twins it would’ve been nice to have access to the tv. Like I said, no response. Any response would’ve been better than no response. Also, one of the outlets in the master bedroom looked like it must’ve shortened out, because it has black marks on the cover of it. Looked like a spark or possible fire had happened on it.

Great location and clean

Place was very nice. Only complaint is that it is warmer upstairs so be prepared for cooler Pj’s. We even turned her down and shut vents. Otherwise great place to stay.

Did not receive check in info until I called VRBO to get it. Also the hvac is a bit tricky. Very hot in the bedrooms. The place was fine and all. Unfortunately the construction quality is poor. The curtain rod fell off the wall while opening the curtains. Place is sufficient wouldn’t want to stay long term.

House was dirty. Host was unresponsive. Tried to reach the host multiple times no response. I spent 2 hours cleaning the house.

The property was in a good location and convenient for our needs. The cleanliness of the townhome was pretty good but it could have been better. The communication with the host could also have been better. I had to email and call before hearing anything from them. Several questions I had went unanswered.

Had to ask for check-in info. Was given a different address to what was in the listing. Asked about it and yet to hear back from the host. Never received check-out info. Not happy we were given a different place than what was booked with NO communication and STILL NO EXPLANATION!!

I had so much trouble getting in contact with the host for this property. I tried communicating with them months prior to the booking; emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails days before without a response back. I was given the wrong passcode for the property as well and luckily was able to guess the correct one, as they took a long time to reply earlier in the day about checkin.

Upstairs hall toilet was not clean (urine splatter) and there were no cleaning products for us to clean it.Bedroom 2 ..next to bath clearly appeared slept in once sheets were pulled back. Bdrm 2 ..finger/toenail and other debris found in sheetsBdrm 2 ..No spare linens, had to sleep on top of comforterand no laundry detergent to wash the dirty sheets with.Bdrm 2&3 ..not clean, glass night stand had drink marks.Bdrm 3.. corn chips left on the comforter and sticky material on end of bed on the spare blanketStairs ..stained carpet very dirtyKitchen floor, dead bugs, debris, drips of coffee not swept or moppedDownstair bathroom ..had debris left in corners so not swept or mopped no hand soapCouch.. finger nail clippings on couchDark drip on wall in kitchen next pic frameMuch dust and dirt on wall vent in living roomONLY 3 chairs in kitchen and tall table not at all good for guestsChewed gum left on floor in garage.Very sadly, because this was listed as new construction we had higher hopes than what we found.
