This adorable twin home equipped with thoughtful amenities is calling your name for your next family getaway or business trip in the Cedar Valley. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine (drip coffee maker also available).

Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms with luxurious king beds with Performa mattresses, en suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets. The basement is perfect for movie and game night and includes a twin xl over queen bunk bed. There is an extra shower in the basement for convenience. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for group travels. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to feel right at home. Watch the sun rise from the deck while you sip the best cup of coffee you've ever had from our Jura Coffee Machine

Had all we needed! Great space for the kids downstairs and adults upstairs. Everything was clean, shower heads are quite aggressive. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Stores are close by and plentiful but outside of the neighborhood so traffic is low and area is quiet, host was extremely gracious and attentive, all in all a wonderful stay

Nice, clean home with activities for the kids. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Not a far drive to Lost Island theme & water park, which was the reason for our stay.

Absolutely one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in. We were in the area for work. It was setup great for work and relaxing. Easy to get to and around the area.

Very stylish vacation rental. Completely equipped for a lengthy stay. Toiletries, laundry and kitchen fully stocked with supplies for doing laundry and dining.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home for my family to stay for Christmas to visit other family members in Cedar Falls. Excellent communication made the process very easy and home was in a great location. Highly recommended!

The photos do not do this home justice! We will absolutely be back - in fact, have already scheduled our next stay. Sarah was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home was impeccably clean and had so many unexpected extras. Highly recommend!

We loved that the deck and fire pit were faced so we could watch the sunset. No neighbors to the back just a bean field. Very nice.The house is beautiful and very clean, beds were awesome. We had the best coffee made from beans that ground each cup. Beans provided. Also, regular coffee maker if you like that.Perfect stay!

Perfect Location

It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were home. It was close to our son who goes to school at UNI and also to our favorite stores and restraunts. The check-in and check-out was duoer easy. There was constant communication. The beds were comfortable and blanakets amazing. Only thing I would suggest is vacuuming after a guest has a dog with them. My son and i have allergies to long hair dogs and there was dog hair on the couch that made our allergies act up.oyher than that it was perfect and we will be back!!!

Very clean and beautiful townhouse! Excellent communication with the host, Sarah! Property met all our needs. Safe and nice area with lots of families around. Close to many places such as shopping, groceries, restaurants, walking trails and other activities. Quiet area yet feels a little secluded from traffic and businesses but they are all so close. Quiet townhouse and never heard neighbors. Great floor plan layout! Plenty of space and well stocked with everyday essentials. Air conditioning works great! Parking was ideal! Nice yard! Just a perfect property in a perfect location! Thank you Sarah!
