3 min walk to beach! Ground-floor, poolside efficiency in complex on Sound, with newly renovated kitchen, flooring, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grills & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is perfect for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no pets or boats allowed by renters.

Property was nice. Definitely a small room and bathroom so I wouldn’t suggest more than 2 people. Suited my needs perfectly. Will stay again

The location of the property is perfect for those wanting to visit Atlantic Beach and the whole island as well as easy access for getting off of the island. Cindy was very communicative and helped with any questions we had. We did not have time to go into the pool, but it looked amazing. The beach is directly across the street and is beautiful. The only issue we had was with Wi-Fi connection, but Cindy got on it right away. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!! The local who stay there were all very friendly. We had leftover beverages and they were happy to take it off our hands!! The magazines in the area don’t talk about it, but there’s a great fort at the end of the island to visit, Fort Macon.

Unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Had plenty of linens for our time there. Unit definitely needs a deep cleaning, but spent most time at beach which is right across the street. Enjoyed using pool and meeting other tenants. Nice area.

The room was not clean(a mass of hair in tub drain), we were given 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face cloths for 2 people for 8 days, and the room did not have a “just cleaned” smell.

The unit is quaint and has all the amenities we need, including plenty of linens. We have enjoyed our stay there twice and plan to continue booking that same unit.

This is a very cute condo with a great king sized bed and everything we needed for meals. The pool is beautiful and the property manager Wes very friendly and helpful. Close to beach and on the sound. A great place for a 5 day vacation.

Room was very clean and comfortable, bed could of been a little more comfortable, mattress needs replacing. I've stayed here before and enjoy the stay there. Kitchen has all that's needed for cooking a meal

This unit was pretty clean and had just about everything you need. We stayed here once before and like that it has a king bed with a new mattress, which is hard to find in these beach units. The bed may have been big, but the unit is very small with the bathroom being extremely small. You really need to spend most of your time at the beach or exploring the area. The complex does have a nice pool area, as well as a nice yard on the sound side with grills, picnic tables, a gazebo with swing and a couple of double gliders. We must say that this stay was not as quiet as our last. The unit next to us was being renovated, so it was very noisy during the day, and we had noisy neighbors who got a group together in the yard on the pool side to party in the evenings.

We love the large grassy area on the sound. It is beautiful and peaceful. We love to grill out and play ball or frizbee on the large grassy area out back. The family friendly atmosphere, the proximity to the beach, the large pool and beauty of the sound side! There are always children for our kids to swim and play with when we go to the beach.

The property is located at a very narrow part of the island. As a result, while the property is on the sound side, it is also street side and once you cross the street you are ocean front.We spend most of our time outdoors either at the pool or at the ocean. We love the fact that we can cook all of our meals in to save money for fun things to do out with our kids.
