3 min. Walk to beach! Ground-floor, sound side, poolside efficiency with newly renovated kitchen, flooring, and paint. Our unit faces the pool on ground floor. The complex is sound-side with pier, grills & gazebo. We are located just steps from the ocean with a private crosswalk for direct beach access.

Just picture a hotel room that has been converted to a privately owned efficiency. Our unit is perfect for a max of 2 adults. Please, no smoking in unit. Due to HOA rules, no pets or boats allowed by renters.

This is our third time staying at Bogue Shores. Each time we had wonderful stays. Of the three places we stayed, this one was the most functional. We appreciated the storage, the nightstands, and the outlets.

Cindy is the best! Never a lack of communication. The unit is clean. And nicely stocked in the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay. Room was perfect very clean. Host is very easy to get in touch with if you have questions or concerns. Definitely helped us out a few times with questions. Definitely will be booking to stay here again in the fall.

This place was OK! Location was good. Pool was nice. Was disappointed in the fact that that there was one half roll of tissue paper in the bathroom with no other tissue. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, not even a started pack. Not one extra trash bag. No shower mat when getting out of the shower and only one towel. So it was good for three nights but wouldn’t stay longer.

It's a beautiful place to stay the sunrise and sunsets were out of this world. The beach access was great. This place was a diamond in the ruff The big negative is I don't care where you go it should smell clean and be cleaned and the 2nd thing is the bathroom wasn't cleaned pee on the toilet seat and mirrors should be but wasn't at all. Then u should move the furniture so u don't see dead bugs ans crabs its like they did vacuumed there before because when u pullout the sofa bed that's all u see this place is small I think her cleaning crew is bad and walked in and changed the sheets left cleaned towels and called it a day. So I cleaned the whole place. It's so sad what people do NOT want work which is bad for the owner who is GREAT. She gave me 55 dollars back she let us check in early and then when we had all of our stuff in the cleaning said she would come back and cleanup but she had already told the owner that it was cleaned The owner Cindy was great and the place is a perfect spot.

We have two children; one has just entered the working world and is a young adult and the other is in college. We love going to the beach and river and love spending time with family and friends. We hope you enjoy our property.

We love the large grassy area on the sound. It is beautiful and peaceful. We love to grill out and play ball or frizbee on the large grassy area out back. The family friendly atmosphere, the proximity to the beach, the large pool and beauty of the sound side! There are always children for our kids to swim and play with when we go to the beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The property is located at a very narrow part of the island. As a result, while the property is on the sound side, it is also street side and once you cross the street you are ocean front.We spend most of our time outdoors either at the pool or at the ocean. We love the fact that we can cook all of our meals in to save money for fun things to do out with our kids.
