Beautiful Lake and Mountain Views with Parking for your Toys! In Grand Lake

Beautiful cabin with endless lake and mountain views. Over looking Shadow Mountain Lake! This cabin sleeps up to 10 in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In bedroom one on the main level enjoy a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, in bedroom 2 upstairs enjoy another queen bed and set of bunk beds, and in bedroom 3 upstairs that is very spacious and has a comfortable king size bed and pack n play in the closet.

The Cabin has been upgraded with granite countertops and all appliances are stainless steel including a beverage fridge to ensure you have plenty of fridge room. We have updated some furniture with a leather couch and chairs in the viewing area, leather rocker and dressers in all the bedrooms.

Enjoy the views of beautiful Shadow Mountain Lake and Mountains from the sitting area off the dining room. This is the most spectacular area to enjoy a morning coffee or hot chocolate as the sun is rising over the mountains. In the evenings cozy up to the wood burning stove in the living room. In the summer enjoy a quiet evening on the patio or sitting around the fire pit.

Enjoy 200 channels of television on two flat screens one in the living room and one in the third bedroom upstairs. Wifi is also there for your convenience.

Bring your snowmobiles, boats, ATV's, etc. as it has ample parking on the drive through circle driveway. You don't have to worry about backing your equipment in or out when coming and going.

Come and enjoy everything that Grand Lake and Grand county has to offer!

The view was spectacular. The layout is perfect rooms where clean, access to boad games, books, television, washer, dryer, large kitchen, family room. The patio...everything was perfect.Hosts were clear on house rules & provided brochures about the area.

It was an awesome place to stay. The view from the deck/kitchen was awesome. Check-in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wi-Fi access was good. The layout was very roomy.

Grand view, attentive host, peaceful setting, and the house was full of extras for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Very close to the marina, Grand Lake (both the town and the lake), area trails, and RMNP. Highly recommend Steve and his cabin.

Beautiful Views

This was our 4th year in a row visiting the Grand Lake area and I think we finally found our "spot." Great views and great house just outside of town. Perfect for a big family.

We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Nice accomadations and furnishings. Relaxing home with beautiful views of Shadow Mtn lake from the deck and from inside through the large windows. Very convenient to all the surrounding lakes including Grand Lake and many area attractions just a few miles away. Owner was prompt to answer any questions we had and pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay

Beautiful views…lots of gorgeous views to view out windows rather then sitting and watching TV for sure. Very clean and comfortable and cozy! Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to come back! Thank you!

Cozy cabin with amazing lake view

This cabin had everything we needed. Location was wonderful overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake. Fully stocked with everything from kitchen utensils, plates, cups and bowls, etc. And many games for the kiddos. Close access to the boat ramp if fishing is your thing. Quiet and peaceful for sure. Will stay again!

Rustic charm

The property was rustic but had everything we needed. It took a bit to warm it up upon arrival so was grateful to have the stove we could use. Not quite as close to lake as we thought but still not very far. We were able to get to everything we did easily and host was very accommodating.
