Jaw dropping Lake views deliver an unparalleled escape. Just 20 mins outside Burlington, but feels like a million miles away - Private lake access, down a quiet, scenic road offering a serene getaway. Perfect for family escapes, reunions with friends, or even just a new place to WFH.
The property consists of our main home perched upon a cliff over looking Lake Champlain and our newly built guest house. The main house is a modern post and beam cabin built in 2018/renovated 2021. The house features a spacious but cozy open living space with unobstructed views of the lake. It has three main bedrooms and an additional room in the basement (no windows) with a queen sized trundle bed. Our guest house has a comfortable living space with fire place and kitchenette and two bedrooms with en suite private bathrooms.
The main house is a modern post and beam cabin built in 2018/renovated 2021. The house features a spacious but cozy open living space with unobstructed views of the lake.
Features include a small deck off an upstairs bedroom perfect for morning coffee, a 4-season sunroom, outdoor patio, 2 separate work spaces, a fitness room with equipment, a game room and bar. Multiple modern TVs with streaming options galore. High speed internet available across every nook and cranny of the house.
The location is perfect for action, with endless options for hiking/biking/boating/etc but you might not even feel like leaving the house, with plenty of space to relax or splash around in the lake in the backyard. Bikes, Standup Paddle Boards and lake toys available for use.
The main house is 2 stories with a finished basement space. The front entrance has 3 steps to entry and the main bed/bath are on the ground floor with no additional steps.

We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home with incomparable views of Lake Champlain. A perfect spot for our family reunion! Great room with huge sectional made it easy to all hang out together, and a lovely deck to watch the spectacular sunrise. We couldn’t be happier with our time there.

We are 4 adult couples (all family) who enjoyed this comfortable home with a guest house. One couple stayed at the guest house, and they really enjoyed it because they got to stay up later than the rest of us and watched movies. The main house has stunning views and sunrises. It’s relatively secluded from neighbors and noise from the distant highway. The house itself has high quality indoor and outdoor furniture. Each room has its own AC except one back upstairs bedroom. It has a fully stocked kitchen, nice number of condiments, and coffee making essentials. The dock with paddle boards and one kayak was amazing! Watch out for the zebra mussels in the water! They hurt. So bring your water shoes. Look for the bald eagle that flies by almost daily. Just 23 min to Burlington where there are some great restaurants and shopping. Pickleball courts 10 min away and lots of farm stands along the way. Host was responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again. It’s a beautiful comfortable home for a large group.

Fantastic lakefront home
Large, clean, well furnished throughout, and right on the lake facing east. Lots of nice touches. Fast help from host and party managers, when needed.
If you are not a morning person, at least once, set the alarm, open your eyes to see the sunrise, and then go back to sleep. Ahh.
(Just one heads up: The master bathroom jetted tub is huge. Yay to that! Unfortunately, the home’s hot water tank isn’t. If you like your baths very hot and very deep, plan ahead—especially if showers, dishwasher, and washing machine are being used. Small thing, really . . . just a heads up for you bath lovers.)
We would love to stay here again!

This place is spectacular. House is beautiful and newly updated. Views are unbeatable. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We had a group of adults and 2 kids and everyone had a wonderful time. Host and property manager very responsive.

The location of this house is a beautiful lake view. After a small glitch in checking in we settled into our week of gorgeous sunrises, wildlife visiting, charter fishing trip, car tours of the area and a day trip to Montreal. The accommodations were perfect for our 3 generations with plenty of room inside and out. The sunroom and gym were clearly well received by the younger set and the air conditioning was such a relief to all of us on some really hot days.Thank you for the Great times, good food and lasting memories in sharing your home.
