Unforgettably Vermont Timber Frame Lodge

Previously a charming Bed & Breakfast/Inn (The Inn at Grace Farm) is now available for whole groups and accommodations. This crafted post and beam home shows the charm of Vermont. Sitting among pine trees high above sweeping valleys, the lodge rests on a 2 1/2 acre estate. This replica of an old Vermont barn has a rustic feel with convenience of modern amenities. New Kitchen in 2017 for guests to eat in, order out, or visit small town favorites. EVERY spacious room has a private bath with granite counters, tv, luxury beds and beautiful pine board floors and decor. An expansive lobby/great room for large gatherings, group meetings, or family reunions flow nicely to the outdoor space.
The first floor is handicap accessible (lobby, 1 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms). You will enjoy stunning views and a groomed side yard complete with fire pit, grill, and seating for outdoor leisure. At this rural residence you will have an unobstructed view of bright stars and fireflies at night. During the day rolling views of Mt. Mansfield (Vermont's highest Mountain) and Smugglers Notch. Wildlife to include deer, wild turkeys and an occasional black bear to be seen during the day. We offer some- but you may want to BYOB (Bring Your Own Binoculars). Peek out back where maple lines tap the wooded trees. This space is the largest building on the property with 2 entrances, NO shared walls for privacy, plenty of parking and separate wifi. The wedding/event barn is available for additional reservation. Note: Events are NOT scheduled during your stay unless you have booked the space. Possible to park RVs for group rentals. Lots of options, beautiful Vermont setting! Since we are a licensed commercial inn and event space, you can have peace of mind.

This charming inn is roomy and comfortable. There are five bedrooms, each with its own bath. The scenery is breathtaking. It was an ideal spot for our family gathering.

The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular. The host was very accommodating! Plenty of parking and very conveniently located to stores while still being in the country! Our children had a blast playing outside on these beautiful acres.

Great place for a large group.

The place was great. The rooms and beds were nice and comfy. Plenty of space for 15 people to relax after long days in the mountains.

This was a great house for our larger group (3 families all with kids). All rooms with private baths. Large family area to hang out after a day of skiing. Amazing view right off of the front porch. Great communication with owner. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Highly recommended for our family celebrating UVM graduation! Very clean and spacious. Main living area great for entertaining and just hanging out together. Only television is in main living area, not in bedrooms as advertised. Property manager promptly responded to questions and any issues that came up during our stay.

Family Time

Our extended family reunited in Vermont. This lodging was exactly what we needed. We were able to be together and enjoy the firepit, games, and comfortable accommodations. If we are in the area in the future, I would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing property and location for our celebration

We had an amazing time - there were 13 of us in total and it was so spacious and comfortable for everyone. Having so many bathrooms was amazing for the group. The property was super clean and everything looked even better than the photos could portray. Could not recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely stay. The home is so spacious. Comfy and cozy to gather and relax. It was perfect for each bedroom to have it’s own bathroom. Beautiful few of the mountains!! It was nice being close to Burlington.

Air Force Reunion

Aimee was so easy to work with. Very prompt to any questions we had. The house was exactly as advertised very clean and comfortable . We would definitely book with her again. So many things to do and see in this area… perfect location.

Unforgettably, Vermont

Wonderful place to be together with a large group of friends and family. Lots of room to be together, and lots of room to head off on your own. Beautiful views. Super comfortable bedrooms. However, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs … the wide-plank floors can be squeaky

School Trip

The group of students and chaperones we had staying at this property had a fantastic time. They loved the family feel of the house and the ability to be together to wrap up their 8th grade year. The host was very responsive via text and phone.

Graduation celebration

This home exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful inside with stunning mountain views. The host was quick to respond to questions and requests. Our group of 16 ranged from newborn to great- grandparents and each family group had their own bedroom with private bathroom. It was a perfect setting for our extended family to gather as we celebrated our daughter’s college graduation.

A lovely place

We were very pleased with this facility. The only draw back is no dishwasher and the kitchen could have been better stocked with serving bowls, sharp knives, etc. For a place with five bedrooms you should expect that there will be several people staying at one time so a dishwasher would have been very helpful.

Thank you for the feedback. This is a very new offering for group and family rentals- previous only available as a bed and breakfast for private rooms. The kitchen install is new in 2017 and there were constraints to installing a dishwasher. Our desire to share the space for private gatherings superseded that amenity that would be ideal . See, The Inn at Grace Farm. Hey, it's Vermont (organic and natural);)We have since changed check-out procedure to "leave dirty dishes". We will gather, and wash in our commercial dishwasher. We are always improving and will review our inventory for your private kitchen supplies. Aimee, Owner

Perfect place for a reunion

This place got so many great reviews I thought they must be too good to be true. But they weren’t - all of the excellent reviews were spot on! It is the perfect rental for larger groups, and as others have written having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. The living area is spacious and it makes it easy for the whole group to gather in one place. We had 11 friends who hadn’t all been together for nearly 20 years and it really was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Reunion with Friends

We are a group of college friends that got together at this beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained property. It worked very well for us. We were 5 couples, and each of us had a bedroom with private bath. The public areas had a large table that could seat everyone for meals and games, and a living room area with plenty of seating and a lovely picture window. We didn't really cook, but there were lots of dishes and mugs, a keurig machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. The property itself is in a lovely setting, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the last day of our stay. I'd highly recommend this property to any group of our size.

Great stay for large group!

There were three families sharing this house on our stay. House was large enough to accommodate all of us easily and having a bathroom attached to every bedroom was a huge bonus. House was clean and equipped with all basic needs. Small electrical outlet issue involving the TV when we arrived, but Jodi, the manager, was great and very responsive. She helped get the issue resolved quickly (and even gave us some local wine/beer for our troubles!). House is on a main road, which initially made us nervous with small kids, but the backyard was huge with multiple fire pits and seating areas, so that suited our needs just fine! Would definitely stay again! Perfect space for multiple families to be able to spread out but come together for quality time!

An Unforgettable Weekend at the Inn at Grace Farm

Our stay at the Inn at Grace Farm rental in Vermont was nothing short of spectacular! Nestled in the heart of the Green Mountains, this charming property exceeded all expectations. The cozy, impeccably decorated cabin offered breathtaking views of rolling hills and making it the perfect retreat for our family graduation.The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear communication from booking to checkout. The home was spotless, well-equipped with modern amenities, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—great and very comfortable beds, a fantastic stocked kitchen, and even board games.The property’s outdoor space was equally impressive, with a fire pit and cornhole game. Its location was ideal.We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. This Vrbo rental is a true gem for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and Vermont charm. Highly recommend!

Really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom since there were 4 bedrooms used. We expected to have cable television, but none of the tv's had a cable box. Didn't watch much, but when we arrived, we were excited to be able to watch the Chiefs game, but resorted to hooking up to a computer to stream. Aimee was available to us when we needed replacement bags for the cornhole game. Loved having the firewood for the firepit. Plenty of parking. The outdoor lighting was a little lacking. Had an issue with the front door digital lock being a bit touchy. Kitchen space was great. Really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from all the places we ventured to.

Great place for a family trip

Our group of 6 adults and 7 kids (2-12) had a great stay here. We loved the space and had room for everyone. The kids had lots of fun playing outside. The location felt so Vermont-y and we appreciated that we could get to Burlington in 20 minutes and Stowe in 45. Also love that there was great pizza 5 minutes away! The hosts were very responsive and gave lots of ideas for nearby activities. We are already talking about coming back next year.

We are a family of adventure and travel. Aimee and Chad fell in love in 2nd grade and married 14 years later, now married for 25 years with 4 excellent kids. We have lived in Utah, Oregon, Hawaii (okay, only for 6 weeks, but still...), and Vermont. Chad lived in Sicily, Italy for 2 years. We like warm places like Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, and Antigua, but our favorite vacations are cruises. Other unique ventures were in Kazakhstan, Nochistlan, Dominican Republic, and Zacatecas. The Inn At Grace Farm is our newest adventure!
