Classic Otter Cabin: Near Village & SHARC

Classic Tumalo-style cabin in a great location with all the conveniences of home.

This cozy cabin features the classic Central Oregon Tumalo design with high wooden ceilings and exposed beam.

The location can't be beat - across from the SHARC, Sunriver's indoor/outdoor water park and tubing hill. Sunriver Village is a short 1/2 mile walk where you can enjoy boutique shopping and great restaurants.

In the summer, Sunriver Village has a range of activities for families, including mini golf, bumper cars and inflatable play areas. During the winter, enjoy ice skating.

Our home includes 6 free SHARC passes, unlimited use (not day passes).

Sleeps 6-8:
- Master bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and portable crib
- 2nd bedroom includes a double bed and twin bunk beds, including new memory foam mattresses.
- There is also a double futon in the living room

Both bedrooms are quietly tucked away from the living room area, each room with Sling TV, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN.

Free high-speed WIFI (300 Mbps)

Open living area - living, dining, kitchen - features wood-burning fireplace, TV, retro video gaming system with 60 classic arcade games, board games, books and toys.

Kitchen includes electric stove/oven, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, mixing bowls, cups, plates, bowls, glassware, pots and pans, baking dishes, cheese grater. Basic staples like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil provided. Please be sure to bring your favorite condiments and spices.

Dining table seats 6 with open bar area to the kitchen that will seat 3 more.

Hot tub: From the back deck, soak in the private hot tub, available year-round.

Bikes: 2 adult, 2 youth and 1 child's beach cruiser bikes available during summer months.

BBQ: Grill from the gas BBQ and enjoy meals on the deck with patio seating for 6. Private deck has 2 Adirondack chairs.

Home is located on quiet cul-de-sac, great for kids to ride bikes and play, but just a short walk to all of Sunriver's great amenities including Sunriver Village, SHARC, Ft. Rock Park, Resort, Sunriver Nature Center and more.

Our housecleaning service uses EPA-approved, hospital-grade cleaning products to clean 7 Otter after guests check out. Fresh sheets and towels are provided prior to check-in. There is a washer, dryer and laundry soap for guests to use during their stay, plus hand soap and disinfectant wipes on hand for guests to use during their visit.

Cozy Cabin Weekend Away

Our stay at 7 otter was great! Check-in was seamless, the property is at a great location near the SHARC and village. The hot tub is also very nice, especially after a day on the slopes.

Amazing House

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The home is directly across the street from SHARC and it’s very close to the Village. House was very clean and well stocked. Excellent internet as well. We will stay at this home again.

Fantastic stay

This house was in an absolutely perfect location. Very accurate description and pictures of the house. It was very well stocked. The owner couldn’t have been better to work with! We loved that we didn’t have to go by an office to pick up a key but instead had a code to get in. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful time.

The cabin was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. There were bicycles available in all sizes so we took advantage of that. It is located close to the village for any retail requirements and close to the water park which was a lot of fun.

Very convenient to village & Sharc!

We rented for the Pacific Crest triathlon weekend and this house was great for a small group. The kitchen is well stocked and the house was very comfortable for my family of 4 (two teenagers). It was great to walk to Sharc and the village mall. The only minor drawback was the road noise from Beaver Drive. This wasn't a big deal at night, but during the day it could get busy. Overall, I'd rent again!

Cozy Family Vacation Rental in Sunriver

If you are looking for a fun family getaway, Sunriver rentals are a great choice. This cozy cottage on Otter Lane was comfortable, clean, and homey. The location can't be beat- only a short 2 minute walk across the street to the SHARC facility- an indoor/outdoor water park. The indoor pool was well maintained and very modern. (The outdoor area was closed for the winter.) The tubing hill was a blast as well and this rental comes with passes to the SHARC and tubing area. What a bonus! This home has 2 bedrooms but can sleep 6 people. It is a nice set up, especially for families with children. There is a cozy wood burning fireplace with wood provided, a hot tub, DVD's , games and WIFI to enjoy. There are trails all along the area for biking and hiking and the village with shops and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away. The grocery store in the village provided us with all the groceries we needed to cook during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is an ice skating rink in the village that is open in the winter months. This rental was quiet, comfortable, and affordable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. We were lucky enough to have snow during our stay and it was breathtaking. We played in the snow quite a bit and enjoyed the hot tub every night!

The new wood floors, real wood paneling on the walls, and beautiful wood ceiling create the feeling of a mountain cabin. The kitchen seemed well-stocked. A comfortable bed and quiet neighborhood meant a good night's sleep. Fabulous hot tub. The location almost across the road from the SHARC is great for families. Convenient access to the Village.

Weekend Stay

This place was so perfect for us. It had a cabin feel and was so cozy. It is a close walk to the village and yet, quiet little cul-de-sac. You can tell that these property owners genuinely care about this place and the people staying! We highly recommend and will be back

Cozy convenient cabin

Great location, being close to the village and easy to find. Cabin provided all that we needed for a three day anniversary getaway. Hot tub was wonderful to relax in after hiking the long trail to Benham Falls and traipsing around Sisters. Bed was comfortable but creaky bed boards were loud and obnoxious. Interior of the cabin is decorated with woodsy decor and cozy, but seemed quite dark. Other than needing a really good deep clean it was tidy and comfortable.

Super relaxing

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It is in a great location across the street from the aquatics center and very close to the freeway. We had so much fun exploring the area and relaxing in this home. 7 otter ln has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were so relaxed all week and did not want to return home. The home owners were easy to work with.

Sunriver is our favorite place to vacation. As a family - even before kids came along - we've been visiting since 1991.

Since adding kids to our family, we enjoy being able to get to everything by walking or biking. Whether it's a quick ride to the Village for ice cream at Goody's, night sky viewing at the Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory or swimming at the SHARC, we're always amazed at how fast time flies, and how we rarely leave Sunriver!

Since we have kids, our home is setup to comfortably and casually accommodate families with children. But if its a kid-free getaway you're seeking, this cabin is also perfect, with a private hot tub, balcony seating for two and a cozy fireplace.

We currently live in the Portland area but someday hope to make Sunriver our permanent home.

We've visited Sunriver so many times and know how important location can be. We wanted a home that felt cozy and comfortable for families and was close to the activities we liked the most - the SHARC, Sunriver Village and Ft. Rock Park.

With children of our own, we looked for a home that was close enough for our kids to walk or ride bikes. Our goal is to park the car and not drive it again until the vacation is over!
