5 Bedroom House on All Sport Lake Cora with Dock & Swim Platform that sleeps 12!

Beautiful, meticulous home on lakefront lot with large flat yard leading to sand beach and lake on All-Sport Lake Cora. Lake living open floor plan on main level with updated kitchen, living and dining space and wall of floor to ceiling windows and sliders overlooking the lake to take in the beautiful views including the sunrise every morning. 3 bedrooms on main level with 2 full baths. Master Bedroom has master bath, sliders to porch and views of lake. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a second living/entertaining space with 2 futons and couch, ping pong table and bar area. Both floors have outside decks with more entertaining and eating space, as well as a fully screened in porch on the lower walk out level.

Lake Cora is an All-Sport lake with a public launch to the 197 acre lake that reaches 58 ft depths with amazing fishing. Bring your own boat, jet-skis or wave runners and use the dock. Or - we can help with boat rental delivered to the dock (at extra cost). We have a paddle board and kayaks for guest use, as well as a swim platform and basketball hoop in the driveway or in the water on the dock. There is also a sandy beach leading into the water and plenty of Adirondack chairs. Grill out on the deck with patio table and chairs. 2 Smart tvs, 1 tv with built in dvd player and plenty of entertainment at the house. Games and books for guest use as well.

Great and easy location right off I-94. A 2 hour drive from Chicago or the Western Suburbs of Illinois and 30 minutes to South Haven or Kalamazoo. Lake Cora golf course is right down the street and downtown Paw Paw is just minutes away and has a movie theater, restaurants, gas stations, ice cream and more. Warner Vineyards Winery and St. Julian Winery are a 7 minute drive.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Cora. The lake was really nice, and the home was very comfortable. Dawn was an excellent host and responded very quickly. The location is very quiet and the sunrises were spectacular.

Had an awesome family vacation at Lake Cora! Dawn was a great host who responded quickly to questions and concerns. The house is great and well stocked. We were there when it was 90 degrees and the house stayed cool with ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. The big yard is great for wiffleball, cornhole, and has a great fire pit (firewood included). The best part is the beachfront. It includes a nice dock for catch and release fishing (we brought our own poles). There is a great sandy beach for the kids to play and the adults to sit. The lake is clean and my grandkids (ages 2,4,6) could walk right in the shallow water and “swim” and play all day. There is also a raft to swim out too. The shed is stocked with yard games, two kayaks, one paddleboard, lots of lifejackets, floats, sand toys and trucks, squirt guns, swim goggles, umbrellas (not much shade on the beach area), and lots of chairs. Dawn also provides a ton of beach towels. We definitely hope to book again next year!

Beautiful lake front home with plenty of room! Lake Cora is clean for swimming, boating and floating. The kids had great fun fishing right from the dock! Large fire pit for evening story telling and making smores. Large yard for outdoor games and wiffle ball. Excellent star gazing!

Lake Side Vacation

This property is positioned in a nice corner on Lake Cora and is very quiet! Even on a busy Saturday in June there was light boat traffic. Off the main roads and away from traffic, perfect place for kids on a long weekend! Our host Dawn was very communicative with us and very helpful with other information around! Would definitely make a stay up here again!

A great property

Our group of 9 enjoyed the lovely home and the access to the small lake. The homeowners were accessible and helpful after a storm caused a power outage and some debris blocked the private drive.

Perfect in Every Way!

Just returned from an amazing stay! Such a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 13. The home was the perfect layout to entertain our grandchildren, ages 10-21. The amenities were plentiful with board games, kayaks and yard games to entertain. Dawn was a dream to work with! I look forward to working with her again!

This lakehouse far exceeded every expectation. It starts with communication. Dawn answered most inquiries within a few minutes. The house has a beautiful lake view from the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Living room and upstairs deck running in front of these rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and included coffee and filters as well as various things left behind in the freezer.Everything was clean and in good working order. Plenty of linens and towels. Beach towels supplied near the basement door to the yard and lakefront. The space between the house and the lake is enormous. There's a small sand beach at the lakefront in beautiful condition. In the shed near the water are small boats and many life jackets in every size (about 15). Games like bags, Bocce Ball, Frisbee (with some Frisbee "can" game our kids played and loved). Plenty of beach toys and other things were there too.A/C worked well.On the lower floor (which walks out to the water) there is a ping-pong table and a couple of futons which could accommodate some extra sleepers in a rec-room with full view of the lake. There is also a wonderful screened in porch facing the lake where we played card games.There's a fire pit with plenty of wood (they asked for restocking if you made more than 2 fires).Not much to complain about and we had such a wonderful week that we've already rebooked the house for next year.

Impressively well stocked

This house, beach, and yard were absolutely perfect for our family of 7. It is probably one of the best stocked homes I ever rented. Everything we needed was provided, and then some. All contents appeared to be new-furniture, kitchen, bath & beach supplies, etc. The home is in pristine condition. The beach area is also super clean and my grandsons (ages 1.5 & 3) loved playing in the sand and the very clear water. The shed had lots of sand toys, chairs, water floats, etc…. I highly recommend this rental. We had a blast!

We loved our family vacation at Lake Cora ! House was stocked well with almost all the basics you would need (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, hand & dish soap, etc). Shed full of lake toys (chairs, rafts, kayaks and paddleboard, wood for two fire pits). Dawn was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again :)

We have our primary home in the western suburbs of Chicago and found this house on a visit to family in South Haven. We made an offer the day we saw it because of the great space and feel of the home and especially because of the size of the huge flat yard leading to a private little beach, dock and beautiful all-sport lake. There are only 4 homes on our street, so the property is very private and the lake (so far) has never been very active or crowded so there is lots of room for water activities.

We have 3 children ages 11, 14 and 17 and they never run out of things to do at this house from being on the lake, playing in the water or games in the yard and ending days with a fire in the pit with S'mores. The house is stocked with games and books and both living rooms have a large screen TV (1 with a Roku already set up with HULU Live and the ability to log in to any of our guests own streaming services) and the other is a smart TV with HULU Live and many apps to log in to. There are 2 smaller tvs to use in any bedroom or space that have built-in DVD players and there is a collection of DVDs for all ages if needed. There is wif-fi included too. Our boys play High School and travel baseball, so we have team obligations with games and tournaments throughout the summer, which is why the home is available to rent all of June and most of July. We are big sport fans and love to stay busy with outdoor activities, which made the town and area of Paw Paw/Lawrence, this house and the lake so appealing. We fell instantly in love with it all and hope you do too!
