We loved it so much we came back! We had plenty of room and loved how clean it was. Having everything we needed (such as dishwasher detergent, high chair, plenty of dishes and cookware etc) made a huge difference! We also loved that it wasn’t a far drive to get to attractions, but we were able to avoid traffic on the main roads.

Great accommodations for a family! All the essentials were covered and it was so helpful to have a pack n play and high chair there for our use. Location was great with easy access to many different attractions.

Host was very welcoming. Great communication before, during, and after the stay. We had everything we needed available. Towels and bedding were of excellent quality!

From grandparents to children, my whole family gives 5-stars to this property! The kids looooved the downstairs room with the old arcade games & huge bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms were great & the only time I can say for a VRBO that the mattresses were supportive. We slept great. The kitchen was well stocked & we enjoyed the hot chocolate bar! The outdoor area was awesome & we would’ve spent more time there had it not been for the rain & humidity for our stay. We will definitely be returning here again! Highly recommend thos place!! Its location is also perfect for out of towners. :)

We had a great stay! The host added some special touches that my family loved! The hot chocolate bar was a hit. The games outside and inside kept the kids happy and busy. Even though it was after Christmas... they kept up the Christmas decor knowing we were celebrating as a family. Great time and special memories

Comfortable, quiet peaceful

Perfect for our family of 6! 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge away from the hussle and crowds of town. Great for down time in the evening after all day out. Spacious with our own hit tub and games for the kids. Would definitely stay her again!!

Great place for our family reunion of 6 adults and 5 kids ages 1.5 to 14. Lots of room and bedrooms so cute for kids. Great location, close to action. Will do this next year when the kids and grandkids come again. No problems with anything. Easy-peezy.

Amazing Property, will go back again

The place was exactly what we were looking for! We had 6 adults, 4 kids ages 9, 8, 3, & 1. The 2 older kids slept on the queen sized bunk beds in the game room, and having 2 toddler beds in a little nook with their parents was a very smart idea. The place was very clean, and seemed to be in a nice area . I would definitely consider staying here again when we visit the Pigeon Forge area. The hosts were also very nice and communicated very well with us.

This house is amazing!! The hosts have thought about everything. From towels for the hot tub and coffee/hot chocolate supplies in the kitchen, to bathroom essentials and games inside and outside. The beds were super comfortable. I loved the kid room inside the master suite. Communication before, during, and after the stay was top notch! Check-out procedures were easy and not lengthy. I cannot say enough positive things and I highly recommend this house!!
