Renovated One Bedroom in Sought after Lakewood
This apartment offers a blend of comfort and quality. You`ll experience a great selection of amenities at this community like convenient on-site parking options, newly renovated units and a community shared courtyard.

The Two Creeks is the oldest neighborhood in Lakewood. It`s a quiet neighborhood with great accessibility to downtown, Sloan`s Lake, and the gulch. The bike trail to downtown is great! This unit is located just up the street from the prestigious and private, Lakewood Country Club. Lakewood is a suburb 10 minutes west of Downtown Denver and it`s conveniently located on your way out to the mountains, you`ll be on I-70 in 5 minutes.
It`s highly recommended to have a car to get anywhere, however, you`ll appreciate how close everything is. If you`re not driving, Uber is relatively cheap, the nearest public transportation is the lightrail and it`s a 20-minute walk but will connect you with anywhere in the Denver Metro, including Denver International Airport.

4 min - Belmar Shopping Center (Target, WholeFoods, restaurants and shopping)
10 min - Downtown Denver/Highlands/Union Station
10 min - Golden
20 min - Denver Tech Center / Greenwood Village
