Come enjoy the beautiful Indian River in a fully updated home on a quiet subdivision! Close to ORV/snowmobile trails - you can ride in and ride out right from the home! Large park with kids playground, ball fields, hockey rink are right out the backdoor! Many hiking trails and access to the Sturgeon River is just a short drive from the home! Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips!

Great place to stay. Very clean with lots of extra amenities for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the fire pit and all the extra space for relaxing. The host was very accommodating.

Great location. Very nice place to unwind after riding the trails. Only issue was the spring on front door kept popping off, just a minor issue. Great place and location. Host was very responsive to our questions. Nice book with info on trails which was helpful. 5

This house is in an absolutely perfect location for exploring Northern Michigan. We loved being able to take easy day trips to places like Frankenmuth and the Soo Locks. The house itself is really nice, with super comfortable beds and tons of blankets – a definite plus for us southerners! The kitchen and bathrooms were incredibly well-stocked with all the essentials, which was so convenient. And the fire pit was amazing for relaxing evenings. We even bought firewood ahead of time, only to find a huge mountain of it waiting for us! Having my coffee next to the lilac tree each morning was a special treat; it reminded me so much of my mother, who was from Cheboygan and adored lilacs. The host responded quickly to my messages.

There were 6 seniors in our group and we were all disappointed with the experience. It started off wrong when it took five tries to get into the house. A couple of us have mobility issues (use canes) and there is no handrail on the steps, not sure if that is even to code in MI. The place was advertised as 3 bedroom, but the 3rd is not a bedroom, it is a sunroom with a terrible pull-out sofa bed, we had to use some mattresses from the garage because none of us could sleep with the bar going through the middle and there was no heat in the sunroom and it got down to 37 degrees. Also, the closet door in the smaller bedroom came off the hinges whan it was opened. We put it back on but it wouldn't open right. The ice maker and water on the frig did not work nor did the fireplace. It was not worth the price for one night. I will not recommend it and will not return, in fact I believe we should get a partial refund because it was NOT what was advertised. We have stayed at several vacation homes over the past few years and this was defiantly the worst.

I'm sorry you were disappointed with the house. This is the worst review/rating I've ever had. I want you to go to the property details. There's numerous pictures - you can see 2 bedrooms and the sunroom. Then go to Rooms and spaces. It tells you bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and sunroom. It has NEVER been advertised as a three bedroom. Then go to Amenities -- to accessibility. It tells you 2 steps and NO handrails. I choose not to hook up water to the refrigerator. The fireplace was unplugged (for the summer). All you had to do was plug it in,it works. The closet door comes out of the track at the top. Next time you book a rental, you need to check all information especially under property details. Thankyou.

Comfortable stay!

The perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar! A couple issues with ants making their way into the house, but outside of that, we had a very comfortable stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Hosts thought of everything! Many homey touches, lots of pillows, blankets, towels, games and fully stocked kitchen! Loved the beautiful rain fall and music shower. Great location. Best of all this place was Spotlessly Clean!!!!

We had a great time and it was nice relaxing in our VRBO. The kitchen had nice appliances and was easy to cook in. The bathrooms were great. The shower was wonderful. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the 3 televisions! I guess the only thing was my husband suggested to turn the hot water heater down as it was hard to regulate the water. Christmas decorations were everywhere and it was nice since it is so close to Christmas. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.
