The location in general isn't ideal, but the apartment itself is clean. The listing is accurate.

Rooms were clean.Build isn't the best, looks like a landlord special. Not necessarily the host's fault, but entire complex is under construction.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic cleanliness or safety expectations. We found cockroaches in the bedroom, noticed a persistent moldy smell, and found hair and other foreign objects on the bed sheets. The apartment was generally dirty, and the complex gate was never closed, which raised security concerns.Because of these conditions, we left after only one night and did not stay the remaining three nights. We would not return to this property and recommend that future guests carefully consider these concerns before booking.

Clean Property

Nice property to stay at for F1 or any other time in Austin. Close to downtown, airport, and track. Parking was very easy in the provided lot. Sleeping arrangements were just as advertised. I would book this again.

Convenient location to Downtown

Property as a whole is under construction, which I'm sure will be nice when completed. Condo has been renovated, but still has some elements that could use refreshing. Felt comfortable and functional.

Overall good stay :)

We enjoyed our stay here. It was recently renovated and looks nice on the inside. The beds and space is as advertised. The complex is under extreme construction which was a little creepy and there was a lot of loitering across the street through the entire night. The location in relation to downtown and Rainey Street was perfect. Communication was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and just made sure to lock all our doors etc.

The condo was perfect for our needs and was exactly as described. Host was prompt to reply and very communicative. As other reviews have mentioned, the neighborhood can de described as "sketchy" as can some of the other residents of the complex, but this did not detract from the convenience and comfort we experienced during our stay.

This guest did not actually ever enter or stay at our condo so their review is not admissible.
