Welcome to Cooper Young, the most charming area of Memphis! The neighborhood's best restaurants, cafes, and bars are all a short walk away, and you can drive downtown in 7 minutes.
The updated historic cottage is sure to charm with its front porch swing, private fenced-in backyard patio, fire pit, hammock, and grill.
The interior boasts 3 bright, spacious bedrooms with smart TVs, closets, and designer mattresses in each, a roomy living area with ample cozy seating, and a 60 inch smart TV.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with all major appliances (dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster) as well as a coffeemaker and all cookware, bakeware, dishware, and silverware needed to cook and dine at home! A large sunny bathroom sports a full-size tub and shower and tile floors and walls.
Need to do laundry? We have a washer and dryer that are free to use, just please provide your own detergent.
The home is easily accessible with a smart lock key pad and the wi-fi is blazing fast!
In the master bedroom you will find a dedicated workstation with desk, desk chair, and lamp. Just bring your laptop!
No locals. No parties or "get togethers." No exceptions.
