Main Level
The main level welcomes you with an open-concept living area featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, comfortable seating, Roku Smart TV, and a stunning wall of windows showcasing the incredible Smoky Mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed with large groups in mind and features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, two refrigerators with icemakers, breakfast bar seating, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family dinners and holiday gatherings.

The main level also offers a split-bedroom layout for added privacy:

Very nice place for a larger family gathering. We were there for a family reunion and memorial service. We had other family members in another multi-bedroom condo unit a mile away. Locations were key, and they view from the rear balcony was tremendous. We enjoyed Gatlinburg and the National Park. Opportunities for improvement are larger hot tub if the structure can hold it, rack guides in dishwasher were loose, garbage disposal, remote for fans that are too high in first floor bedrooms. All in all this was a great rental and I would recommend to others .

This house was amazing... super close to Dollywood and many other local attractions. The view was incredible and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great for privacy. It was the perfect spot for a large family vacation. The whole process of checking in and out was also extremely easy.

This beautiful cabin at Splash Mountain was amazing. The photos really do not do the majestic views off the back decks justice. It was very spacious and accommodating to our large group, and the choice of indoor and outdoor pools were a very nice bonus. All the rooms were large and the beds were extremely comfortable. The proximity to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg made it the perfect place to spend our family vacation. When our group was done with the attractions, the game room, theater room, pool, and/or relaxing on the rocking chairs on the back decks became the perfect end to long days. This gated community was perfectly nestled on the mountain top, and we got our daily dose of nature and sunshine. The owners/management team were delightful to deal with. They really made us feel at home and were very helpful with checking us in, making sure we were doing alright, and checking us out. Truly southern hospitality at its best. We’ve definitely recorded this one as a top contender for best summer vacation getaway. Tennessee was very kind to us, and this home was a huge part of it. Our city kids loved every moment.

We were on a family vacation with 16 of us. 8 adults and 8 kids. It was great for what we needed. Four couples of adults had master king bedrooms and the kids had the bunk room and the two double bedroom. The game room, theater room and both indoor and outdoor pool was great. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. It seemed that the cleaning people swept the floors but didn’t mop at all. Anyone with bare feet got dirty instantly. The hallways and stairs weren’t even swept. Dust everywhere. Carpets weren’t touched and the one small vacuum cleaner in the house hardly picked anything up. The indoor pool area had dead bugs all over the window sills. I don’t want to discourage anyone from renting the house because it was a really nice house. I think they need to hire different cleaning services because they’re not doing a very good job. We had a great time and there’s a lot to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Our family ranged from ages 2 to 60, and everyone had an amazing time. The view was absolutely beautiful—we even saw bears right from the property! The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to cook, rest, and play without feeling crowded.The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, spices, a crockpot, and two coffee makers (a drip coffee and a Keurig) with plenty of mugs. Just bring your own coffee, filters, and kitchen basics like garbage bags, dish soap, paper towels, ziplock bags, and detergent. There were lots of towels, clean bedding, spotless bathrooms (one with a tub), and even a baby travel bassinet, high chair, and toddler scooter.The pool and hot tub were clean, outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing, and we spent more time enjoying the home than exploring town. I’d recommend bringing slippers or sandals for inside since some floors and decks can be a bit dusty or uneven.Overall, we loved our stay! The home was perfect for families, and the staff and office team were incredibly kind and helpful. We’d absolutely stay again!

First of all, our 8 grandkids loved this house. The indoor pool, arcade games, & pool table kept them entertained for the whole week. But the house was a bit rough for the 6 adults. The house, especially the bathrooms, needed a good cleaning. And while the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls & mugs, there were only 6 glasses & 2 very small skillets. The house also has a problem with little black centipedes, we literally swept them up every few hours to keep from stepping on them. Our family rents a large house every year & we are normally very pleased with the VRBO listings. But for the cost, this one fell below expectations, except for the young ones who were very happy.

Lots of space and great for big groups. Cleanliness when checking-in was an issue. Food wrappers and crumbs on the floors. LOTS of centipedes inside, though I know we are in nature and bugs are part of the experience. The pool was also not very clean. However, I called once we noticed these issues and the next day management sent people to mop the floors, spray for insects, and clean the pool.Some room for improvement, but overall we all had a good time.
