The condo was perfectly located. We had 5 children under 10 and our elderly mother, and getting to and from the beach was very assessable for everyone. We cooked most meals and they had everything you needed to prepare them. Do bring your own Tupperware to store leftovers in. They had other supplies that you needed already there like dish soap, garbage bags, bath stuff, laundry detergent, etc. They also had a nice array of beach toys already there! They even had games and books for the kids! That was a nice surprise. We saw many dolphins from our balcony! The pool was nice too! The only negative we had was the parking garage was extremely tight for larger cars. Overall, we’d stay here again and enjoyed our time there!

Beach Week

The unit was nice and clean and meet expectations. Living Room furniture was dated and worn. Master Bath lights need changing. Kitchen could use a large bowl for salad, etc. Management company was not aware of situations at the Property. Poor communication regarding the pool closure and 3 county sheriff cars at the entrance.

Definitely a Happy Place

Beautiful decor and wonderful view over the Gulf. We can definitely see why it's the owner's Happy Place. Impressed with the overall Water's Edge property. The property management company was on site every day - sweeping and mopping the walkways, keeping the elevators pristine, and super friendly guys.

Incredible Condo with Killer Views

This condo checked all the boxes! We were amazed at how well stocked the condo was with ample customary items but with extras such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc. The appliances were high end and new. The cookware in the kitchen was so good we ordered a set online. The condo was super clean, as well as, the property itself. We felt safe and enjoyed every second!

Pefect Location

It was exactly everything that we were looking for. Perfect location, overlooking the beach and pool. Views were great ! The property was kept up well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Girls from work trip

Perfect place for a girls trip. Clean, good views and really liked the beach service (umbrella and chairs). Check in and out super easy.

Peaceful stay

The condo was very nice and just as listed! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and just a few steps away til your on the sand. The condo was clean, tidy and every amenity listed was there. We loved everything about it and the location was perfect.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo met all of our needs and was the perfect proximity to the pool and beach (which was great with our small children in tow!) Everything was very clean. We went during a busy holiday week, yet none of the amenities were overcrowded. We had a great time!

Beautiful area

Loved the area. So beautiful. Pure white beach sand. The balcony facing the Gulf was stunning The only thing is it needs new sofa Very uncomfortable and area rug Beds were comfy. Kitchen well supplied

Ocean Front with Wonderful View

Really nice. The gentlemen who keeps the facility clean is one of the hardest workers i have ever seen. Every day, grills are cleaned and he is constantly on the move, making sure everything is spotless. This is no small undertaking. My hats off to him and we will definitely come back!

wonderful environment

We had a few initial hiccups in the beginning that were resolved. The new lock on the door was malfunctioning and the unit we initially rented was under construction. These were quickly resolved and we had a wonderful stay.

February stay

Overall it was very clean and property grounds and pool area very well kept. There were a few small issues- curtains off track and difficult to open, ice maker non-functioning non functioning light above DR table and broken recliner in living room. Property management responded quickly to concerns and mentioned they already knew about the issues and were waiting on owner to approve fixing. The location was perfect and we had a lovely time. Would encourage correcting issues in a more timely fashion

Quick visit!

We booked this unit for a quick 3-night stay. This property has a great location. 2nd story, so we did not have the noise/traffic of a 1st floor unit. That also means we had a better ocean view. Everything to make it feel like home away from home is available, plus some things you didn't know you needed. Great communication with the property manager. She made it super easy to get in to the unit, provided recommendations for places to eat (Definitely go to Stewby's and Brotula's). We would happily stay in this unit again in the future!

Perfect Summer Vacation

The owners were easily reached when we encountered a small hiccup. It’s was quickly resolved. We did not have a single issue with our condo. We arrive to yummy donuts. The balcony view was absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when we were not in the beach. The size of the pool was great! Everyone could spread out & there’s were always chairs available. Most condos have small pools & limited seating which leads to crowding. We will be back next year!!

Relaxing Family Vacation

This was our first trip to the Fort Walton/Destin area and we loved every minute of it. The Condo was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and very spacious. Our daughters (13 & 10) loved the beach and the pools. It was great having the heated pool during the 3rd week of October since it was a little chilly at night and in the mornings. The view is perfect from the balcony. We did have most of our meals in the condo and the kitchen was well equipped. We even cooked out on the grill one night. The Grocery store is not far down the street. Also it is a very short drive to Destin to Harbor walk and many restaurants. It was a perfect getaway for Fall Break.

Perfect for us!

We've been going to the Ft. Walton/Destin area my entire life. We have stayed in many condos, and this one has become my family's favorite. We had four adults and two toddlers in our group. Space was not an issue, even with all the stuff we have to bring for the kids. I also like that the bunk bedroom was an actual bedroom and not a hallway bunk area. This allowed the kids to go to sleep at a decent time and we could stay up in the living area without worry of waking them up. The upgraded finishes and furniture in the condo feel like something that would be in a higher priced unit. Also having the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas as an included beach service was great. It really reduced the amount of stuff we had to carry to the beach. The grounds were kept up very nicely. we really enjoyed the unit and plan on staying again next year!

Loved this condo! This was my 2nd time staying on Okaloosa Island this summer, I know, lucky me! This time I went with my sister and her 2 boys and my parents. I loved the property, it was well maintained and clean and the covered parking is wonderful. Some of the best qualities of this property were things like plenty of carts for luggage, the pool area and you could even rent movies from the office. The condo itself was beautiful and so comfortable, we felt totally at home here. The view is amazing! It was clean, loved the furnishing, beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. The master bath and closet were amazing! I shared the master with one of my sisters and we used the closet as a dressing room- it's huge! The walk to the beach was the easiest out of all the places I have ever stayed and the umbrella and chairs are a wonderful bonus! My mom had open heart surgery in June and walking distance was perfect for her! She and my dad were completely relaxed for the first time in months! The boys (12/13 yrs old) were going from the beach to the pool and back to the condo and we never worried about their safety. The only thing I could say was a negative, was that even though the kitchen is stocked really well, it would be nice to have some pot holders or dish towels/drying towels and just a bigger size (deeper) frying pan. We cook breakfast every day and dinner at least one night, and this was a challenge to us, but if you don't cook, then it wouldn't be a problem for you as it did have plenty of dishes and silverware. Melissa is absolutely easy to work with and was always very fast to reply to any questions I had. I would most definitely stay in this condo again! We had a WONDERFUL week!!!!
