Open, light & bright, and meticulously-maintained cabin in popular Munds Park. Located on a quiet & beautiful tree-lined street, this home is an ideal getaway. The large south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight & twinkling stars into the great room & kitchen area. The primary bedroom is downstairs & 2 bedrooms plus a loft/office & full bathroom are upstairs. An extended & oversized front patio (with wrap-around deck & gas grill) makes a wonderful outdoor living space. Child & pet friendly. Upgrades included granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets, beautiful/rustic real-wood floors, 50" smart TV with soundbar & blue ray player (w movies), jetted tub in master, gas fireplace with stone front, custom paint, and ceiling fans throughout. Plus, home is pet and child friendly - numerous toys, gates for the stairway, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available upon request. Everything is provided - all you need to bring is a change of clothes and a toothbrush!

Large dual-pane south-facing windows bring nature, sunlight, and stars into the great room/kitchen area. Primary bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms plus loft/office& full bathroom upstairs. Extended and oversized front patio with partially covered wrap-around deck (with gas grill). Beautiful curb appeal with large boulders surrounding a spring run-off creek that wraps around the house. Open lot behind home offers additional privacy. This home will not disappoint.

Community Information: Wonderful playground, tennis courts, golf, basketball, clubhouse w/ workout facility and restaurant, community lake, hiking trails and Munds canyon are within a short walk from the home. Downtown Flagstaff is approximately 20 miles north and Sedona is approximately 40 miles to the southwest (great views of Sedona can be seen from a popular Munds Park hiking trail called Crystal Point). Snowbowl, one of the premier ski resorts in Arizona, is approximately 45 minutes from Munds Park. The Coconino National Forest surrounds Munds Park and provides nearly unlimited hiking, mountain bike, snowmobile, and ATV trails. Munds Park is approximately 90 miles to Phoenix - an easy drive and escape!

Just OK

I feel the photos were a little deceiving. It looks as though you have lots of open space to yourself… you do not. It is on an average street with houses on all sides. Also house and windows look bigger in photo. Not a very pretty area…very basic. Had a very rough first 24 hours as it was way too cold and thermostat was not working. Owner was great about trying to resolve but serious problem if you go in the colder months.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful experience and the property was equipped with all the amenities needed. Location was good and neighborhood was peaceful. Host was professional and responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a northern AZ getaway.

Comforts of Home

Property was as stated. Had many incidentals that most properties don’t provide with ample toiletries and kitchen supplies. Very comfortable home to enjoy the pines. WiFi was a little touchy here and there when trying to send some work emails. Just be aware. Overall, a great stay.

Great place for a quiet get away with lots of pines!

Lovely, spacious three bedroom two bath home with all the amenities. Wonderful deck to enjoy coffee or a meal. Nice kitchen are and high ceilings and windows in the living area for natural light. Twenty minutes from Flagstaff and 35-45 minutes from Village of Oak Creek and Sedona

Awesome Property & Hosts!

This place is absolutely immaculate and spotless. Incredible deck perfect for barbecuing - very quiet street. A very nice deep driveway for a vehicle and a side-by-side. The hosts Immediately responded to any questions that we had. Absolutely loved this property and wish that we would’ve stayed Longer. We will be back!!

Forest getaway

Home was perfect, exactly as in description. Location was perfect for some side by side trail riding. Drive was sufficient for truck and trailer loading and unloading. Exactly what we needed and expected. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Place!

Beautiful! Very tidy and well maintained. Very well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, perfect for coming back & relaxing after sightseeing all day. About a half an hour from everything (Flagstaff), but we knew that. There is a Gas station near. Just make sure you hit the grocery if needed on your way! Owners were very nice and excellent with responding. Would return and recommended. Really enjoyed our stay!

Another Wonderful Trip

This place makes you feel like you are home. Wonderful neighbor came over and introduced himself, so friendly and easy going. The place is perfect and easy, love stress free trips to visit my family in Munds Park. Will be back soon and often. Hope to stay at this place every single time.

Cute cabin

We stayed here on our way to see the Grand Canyon. We did a day trip to Sedona. The drive was easy and the place was clean. Our only complaint was not realizing it was really unsupported for stores or restaurants within close driving. So I’d encourage those who want to stay here in the future to be mindful about hitting up a grocery store before coming or you’ll have to do what we did and go to the gas station mini mart for some frozen individual pizzas. :)

Perfect location and home

Everything was wonderful! The location for exploring the area can't be beat. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. We contacted the owner once with a question and he responded immediately. Highly recommend staying here.

Central to everywhere we visited

Four adults visited the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the painted desert and the petrified forest, Winslow Arizona, Jerome and Cottonwood. Munds Park was a great base to sleep and start over the next day. We had a great time. The only complaint was the guys were unable to watch March Madness but we went to a casino one evening and a sports bar another evening to let them see some BB. All in all a great choice for our itinerary.

Lovely home

This was way farther from Sedona than the 8.5 miles that I thought i read somewhere on the VRBO website. I didnt remember seeing the 40 minutes that I saw for this listing. In any case, the place fit our needs, the fireplace was nice and we both slept well in our beds. Thanks for the salt as we did have an icy morning today. It would have been nice to have the wifi info posted in the home so we didnnt have to call for this basic info. We would highly recommend.

My wife and I are outdoor enthusiasts! We love to hike, bike, ski, play sports – basically we enjoy all outdoor activities. We purchased the home to escape to the mountains whenever possible. We have small children and 2 Labrador retrievers that absolutely love visiting the cabin as well! Although it's less than 2 hours from our home in Scottsdale, our schedules don't allow us to get away as much as we’d like. We love the small, quiet community feel and the proximity to so many places (Phoenix, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Sedona, etc). We enjoy the activities that the bordering national forest, trails, lake and golf course offer. We also love the fact that it is conveniently located between Flagstaff & Sedona - 2 great cities that offer very different environments and experiences.
