Beautiful Munds Parks cabin with the best views in the Park.
3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs, Studio apartment down stairs.
Upstairs has three bedroom, two king beds and one queen, huge great room, cable TV, WIFI, games to play and table that converts into a poker table.
New flooring thru out, brand new stainless appliances.

Studio apartment downstairs has two sets of bunk beds as well as a reclyner sofa and an air hockey table. The studio also has a mini fridge, stove, oven, fireplace, cable and internet.

Cleaning fee $155

Pet friendly with $150 non refundable pet deposit.

$500 security deposit to be refunded after inspection.

No garage access, two parking spots up top.

This was the best Place for a Family Vacation

Susan was amazing with communication. The place was very clean and the food loved the ‘Cabin’ feel of the place. Perfect for the 4th of July. Our kids had a great time enjoying the parade just like when they were kids. Thank you!!!!!

Family vacation

We stayed here while we toured around Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was a nice central location. Susan was very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Comfortable and cozy home tucked away in Munds Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Munds Park. From this location we drove to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The house was just as described and is roomy and comfortable. The layout is great for relaxing and enjoying time with family. We really loved the views off of the back porch. Susan was an accomodating hostess, who provided excellent communication. This was a great find and we really enjoyed our stay!

We just spent a long weekend at the property and had a wonderful time. The home was clean with a beautiful view and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Can't wait to come back!

Family Weekend Getaway

The cabin was both cozy and spacious. Multiple areas to play games, relax, and hangout. Kitchen cooking area is a bit tight but we made it work. Nice area with beautiful scenery all around. Host was nice and responsive.

Fantastic getaway

The other reviewers were right, the view from the deck is fantastic!! The home was very clean and very well stocked. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs. There is a nice little fenced area that would be great for medium/large dogs. Our little boy couldn't do the stairs (tiny legs and he's a scaredy cat) so we ended up walking him out front and around the side instead. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet too. I'd love to stay here again!

Escaping the heat

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. Great location to access the forest for utv riding. Great views to star gaze and always love relaxing in the hot tub!

Family trip

My family had a ton of fun staying here. The views were beautiful the cabin was better than the pictures. We were supposed to leave Sunday but we woke up to snow and we were too excited we extended our trip 1 day so we can enjoy the snow.

Local get away

We enjoyed the 2 decks with great overhangs so we could be outside rain or shine. Very well equipped house. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay in cooler weather with excellent view of the pines.

Great minds trip

The house was in an excellent location for access to the woods for 4 wheel driving and also to the Odell Lake for fishing. Well stocked extremely clean and maintained. Our host were prompt in getting all our questions answered. Great property!

Very Nice and Quiet

My fiancé and I got married over the past few days while staying here. It was very clean and quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. The views are quite nice and the amenities, like the appliances and laundry, were top notch.

Beautiful Cabin

This cabin is great for families traveling together. It is very clean and the living room offers plenty of cozy seating and a large table for everyone to gather and eat/play games at. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc… The view from the back patio is gorgeous, and the kids enjoyed playing air hockey downstairs. We will definitely return!

Cabin with views!

This place is amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice! It is extremely comfortable & welcoming and has amazing views! It is so nice they allow pets and still very well kept and clean! My kids loved the air hockey table! Owners were very easy to communicate with and overly accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great place

We all thought it was such a warm and comfortable house. The view was beautiful and it was such a quiet area. There were eight of us and we all fit comfortably in the great room and around the table for eating and playing games. Great place, great time. Just understand there are only a couple of places to eat close by. Flagstaff is about 14 miles away and Sedona is about 35 miles for a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Nice Stay

This place had more than enough room for the 7 of us. There was a huge snowstorm the day before check-in so it was still being cleaned when we got there but that was fine. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Had a nice time observing wildlife from the upstairs deck. Water in the hot tub had a bit of a stagnant smell but the showers were hot and we never ran out of hot water and there were plenty of towels. The host response time was a bit off putting. The first time we tried to reserve canceled out due to no response and we had to request again and one night the electricity including heat went out in the primary bedroom during freezing temperatures and the host didn't reply to VRBO messenger, calling or texting until the next day. We enjoyed ourselves overall and wouldn't mind staying again since pet friendly Vrbos are few and far between.

Family Bonding Weekend

Three generations of our family had a great time together at your house. It was clean, plenty of room to either all get together or to have your own spaces. Kitchen was a little small, but very well supplied (except for no spatula for flipping pancakes). Temperatures were around 20 degrees at night, and we have a little difficulty tuning all of the separate wall heaters. The heaters in the two biggest upstairs bedrooms did not seem to cycle on and off to control temperature, but both either stayed on or off all the time. Overall, a very enjoyable weekend.

Family Fun

We had a great time at the cabin! Our group consisted of 6 adults and 3 dogs. The space was ideal and we thoroughly enjoyed the deck. The location was great for hiking and walking the community. The only drawback was it was not child proof or child friendly. We intended to have some friends over with a 2 & 4 year old, be declined due to the stairwell, stairs & deck fencing. Otherwise, no complaints & we will hopefully be back summer😎

Great place!

This was a great property. The place was just as the photos depicted. It’s was super clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything you needed. Grill worked great. My bed was awesome. Slept like a baby! And, I’ll say it here, I’m a bidet guy. Absolutely loved that this rental had bidets! (I actually picked this place over another Munds Park rental because of it.) You can rent this place with confidence. I was just here with a buddy for a few days. But it feels like a good space for a group. Did not get to take advantage of the deck area….just a bit too cold, but it is a nice space.

Jeff and I purchased this home in Sept 2017 and fell in love with it. This home was purchased from an original owner (97 years old) with carpet in the bathrooms and kitchen, we have since replaced all flooring, appliances, toilets, etc.. We love it in the Park and felt it was too great not share with other people when we cant be up enjoying it!
