Great condo!

We come to the island at least once a year, and this might be our favorite condo! The large balcony was perfect, plenty of room and supplies in the kitchen for the few meals we cooked, and 8 beach towels were included. Also find some chairs and beach toys to use during our stay and a whole cabinet full of games! We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very comfortable, nice, clean, and with an excellent location. The attention of the hosts was excellent as well. Already planning rent it again next year.

Great views and a wonderful place to stay, with plenty of nearby entertainment all within walking distance.

The property is always well maintained, clean, and organized. The only downside is that having barbecue pits near the pool area would be a great convenience for guests who want to enjoy cookouts.

Wonderful Room and Administration

We looked for a place to stay while in SP and found Ocean Vista. It was very clean and spacious and accommodated our family of six perfectly. The view of and access to the beach were wonderful, and the balcony had great seating and was large. Rosa was a wonderful hostess and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Our favorite family getaway!

We love this place! My family has stayed here for a number of years. The location and the view knock it out of the park. Rod and Rosa are very attentive to anything you need. I recommend this place if you want a wonderful family getaway.

Wonderful stay in South Padre

We had a great stay in this fabulous 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Ocean Vista Towers is a really nice complex with all units looking right at the gulf. This condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Gulf-front getaway

This well maintained condo is located in the heart of SPI, w/in walking distance to bars/restaurants/groceries/shopping. It’s well stocked w/ all the essentials needed for a day at the beach or cooking a family meal while enjoying the fabulous waterfront view. We are repeat visitors to this condo, and will continue to be in the future.

Loved the large balcony and easy access to the beach. Condo was nice.

I was sold on the large balcony so we could enjoy the outdoors. It was as nice as the picture online. Nice kitchen and living room/dining room.

Dear Doug, We appreciate your feedback and understand that it was not the experience you were hoping for. We acknowledge that having 10 out of 20 outlets not working can be a significant inconvenience. During your stay, there were heavy rain and wind conditions, which resulted in numerous emergencies that required our immediate attention. One of these emergencies was the leak coming from upstairs. We apologize if we left the outlet inaccessible until the electrician could address it, as we are not licensed for electrical work. Perfect Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Amazing Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condominium. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the apartment itself was in excellent condition. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location of both the apartment and the building is simply incredible—close to everything and with easy access to the beach. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

Clean and Beautiful!

What a beautiful condo. Most importantly it was clean. The kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfortable and loved the oversized balcony. We will be renting here in the future for sure.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vista 307. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The balcony was my favorite part. I watched every sunrise from there and spent some of each day out there. The condo was just a few steps from the beach so it was easy to get to. We would love to come back sometime in the future.

Beautiful ocean view!

The property was clean. The bedding and furniture were comfortable. The beach is your backyard. Very nice deck overlooking the beach and the pool. The pictures of the view don’t do the place justice. The Blue Ocean management was responsive. We were there with our children and grandchildren and we all had a great time.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Great location! On the beach with amazing views from floor to ceiling windows. A short walk to gravity park, restaurants and grocery store so very convenient! Kitchen was fully equipped to our pleasant surprise and we fixed a full Thanksgiving dinner and baked a pie no problem. Apartment itself is tidy, comfortable with a great couch to watch the thanksgiving football games. Beds were comfortable and area is quiet so good nights of sleep to be had. Very nice place!

So much space

My family and I were so impressed with Ocean Breeze 307 - it exceeded our expectations, the bedrooms, living spaces and the balcony were all so big and homey. The condo also is located in a great location on the island. The partnership with a beach gear company was also a nice surprise to be able to rent beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. Will hopefully be coming back soon

A Perfect Beach Condo

This is a perfect beach condo. I would love to rent this condo any time I got to SPI. Favorite things included: - Huge corner balcony with plenty of seating and perfect views, especially the sunrise ocean views - Small condo with only 77 units and lots of friendly onsite staff and security keeping the grounds perfect (thanks Emilio!) - Great location, easy walk to the beach and just a few blocks from great restaurants with sunset bay views - Nice pool/hot tub - Condo came with folding chairs, ice chest, and board games for guest use - Floor to ceiling ocean views in the living room and master bedroom - Lots of storage - Was able to rent already setup beach umbrellas and chairs from Coco Beach Club a short walk down the beach. Look for the white umbrellas to the right. Near enough that I could still see my teens from the balcony when they were using the Coco Beach umbrellas and chairs

Another great South Padre Island beach weekend on the books for our family. Everything went so well. The condo is clean and attractive. Not to mention, in a perfect location to walk most anywhere you would want to go on the island. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfy and it’s plenty of room for our family.
