This was our first trip to SPI. We picked this VRBO because of the location and reviews. The reviews were spot on. Pictures delivered exactly what was there. Kay is a top notch host. Beach room located on 7th floor. Amazing views directly on the beach. Beach is very clean, water free from seaweed, jellyfish, large fish. Sand is soft and easy to walk on. Excellent location off the main strip easy to get to all restaurants and entertainment. This host and VRBO will not disappoint.

Great property. Well stocked kitchen, excellent spot right on the beach. We’re SPI regulars, have been for years. This condo is right up there with the best we’ve stayed at.

Full beach view (great balcony) and very clean and well stocked with everything we didnt have room to bring with us in the car. We hope to come back the same time next year!

This condo was great! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect with a beachfront view from the balcony. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Enjoyed our stay! The location was great, and the amenities were essentially as described. The view was spectacular. Very family and pet friendly.

Great location, very clean, great balcony and mostly well stocked. The pool was a disappointment and the building is a little run down, but overall great place to stay.

Beautiful Views

This was a great place to stay. I thought I was going to bring my dog but ended up leaving him with a sitter, This place is perfect for dog lovers! Enjoyed my stay.

Great stay! Everything was so convenient and lovely. The only thing we were missing was an extra set of sheets for the couch bed. Otherwise, it was a perfect beach visit!

Looking for a place to relax, enjoy a balcony to lounge, view the beach and watch the world go-by? This is your place! So large, easily fits 7. And it's happy with all the colors. The railing is perfect for a small dog to lay down and watch the same view. Besides the host supplying every need we could want, the place was spotless and clean smelling. It was the little things like the dining picnic table, set up of the TV area, having a bathtub and walk-in shower that were convenient and comfortable. PLUS i had an issue checking-in, had to call and they answered immediately and then checked on us to make sure our needs were met. Our house had been flooded and we needed to get away and this felt like home - we didn't want to leave. Thank you Host!

The accommodation was as advertised. Very clean and well maintained, with a great view from both the balcony and from the living area. The unit contained all we needed for our stay. Easy check-in and checkout process with secure parking area in the building garage.Kay (host) was also very responsive before our stay and prompt response the one time we had a query while there.Great experience!
