Great place to stay, clean and very quiet. Convenient to 151. We loved the view out back, especially with the firepit going and the cooler temps.

Property was clean, open and inviting. Furnished nicely with anything you may need. The view was fantastic and Amanda responded quickly to any need. We found the location ideal for visiting breweries and wineries. Would love to visit again.P.S

Amanda was super responsive and great to work with. The home is centrally located to wineries, breweries and a distillery. It has great views and great space to spread out. We really enjoyed our time away! We plan to visit again!!

We absolutely loved the house and the views were amazing. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious . The upstairs and downstairs living space made you feel like you had your own home on each level . Amanda was great to work with.

Great House for a Larger Group

The house was prefect for our 4 couple wine weekend. Plenty of space for everyone. Close to the wineries we were interested in visiting.

We had a lovely stay, which included 11 women. The location was perfect for our Vineyard tours and easy access to grocery and convenience stores, etc. Even though we were close to many places the location allowed us privacy and beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. Well stocked kitchen was a plus!

My husband & I chose this property to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful with great mountain views. The house was beautiful inside and out with everything we needed. We got surprised when we checked in because we noticed the house wasn’t cleaned and the power was off. The owner (Amanda) got on it right away. Apparently, there was a mix up with the cleaning schedule and there had been a storm the day before that caused the power outage. In no time the cleaners were there and the power was back on. Amanda made it right with us for the inconvenience which we appreciated very much. We would love to come back some day!

Beautiful home and very private

This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed ourselves. Close to everything. Enjoyed seeing deer in the yard each day too.

Family Wedding Weekend!

Perfect home and location

The home was beautiful and private and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed watching deer every morning out back. It is so close to all the Nellysford attractions and we had a great time. The owner is super responsive if you have any questions too. Thanks for a great stay. Coming back to the house in May.

Sisters Unite

Perfect house, perfect location. My wife and I met our sisters and their husbands for a fantastic weekend in this beautiful area. Close to our favourite vineyard, Veritas and with beautiful hikes this house ticks all the boxes.

Great location and views! Comfy beds!

This new home has amazing views all around. It is tucked behind a small hill right off of 151, so it has privacy, but is close to amazing wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. We had plenty of room both inside and outside, and everyone said that the beds were comfortable. We found everything we needed for a great weekend with friends!

Xmas in Afton

Property was great; loved the house and all the land. Deer wandering around and geese as well. Young folks loved the hot tub. Kitchen and family room were large and spacious. Would highly recommend this property

Amazing views and great location!

We stayed here with friends for a weekend of visiting local breweries. We were so close to everything on the Nelson 151. We would return and recommend this new home to others. Owner was easy to communicate with. House was well stocked. We enjoyed an evening with the firepit and amazing views in the backyard.

Wedding weekend

Amanda was extremely responsive and great to work with. Wedding was at a nearby winery. We had up to 10 family members staying at the house. The house was perfect to accommodate everyone. The location is perfect for visiting nearby wineries. Stunning view from the house without needing to go up a winding road.
