A beautiful, newly renovated, 2004 square foot beach getaway! Our condo is perfect for families who want to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island and convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores and the many other amenities available. The gated pool is right outside the deck!. Enjoy the short walk to our amazing beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and all the other fantastic amenities!

Hello, I am the owner of Richey Tire and Service in Hilliard, Ohio. I am a retired school-teacher from Centerburg Local Schools where I taught sixth grade for 30 years. My passions center around the loves of my life, my 9 grandchildren! I also enjoy relaxing at my cottage in Marblehead, vacationing at the beach in Hilton Head, boating, reading, sewing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. I love sharing my home with others that love Hilton Head Island as much as I do!

My villa is a new, totally renovated unit which offers cozy, clean, and comfortable living and sleeping areas for you and your family to enjoy on your vacation. I take great pride in providing a well-stocked kitchen and well-cared for villa. This is my home-away-from-home as well! I chose this particular villa as it has a large living area and kitchen to accommodate my many grandchildren when we visit the island!

The best place for Hilton Head bike rentals and water sports is right here, along with our full service marina, award-winning tennis and pickleball center, and a sweeping 11-mile lagoon for kayaking, fishing or simply getting back to nature on a boat tour.
