We had a great one week stay here. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the private backyard and saw deer walk through the yard nearly every morning. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We rented bikes and beach chairs that were waiting for us when we arrived. We recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, has a perfect layout, and the pool/pool house made for a great time relaxing and watching college football. Jay and Linda were very good host and were available from the time we rented the house until our last day there. I highly recommend renting this location.

Great Stay!

We came for Thanksgiving. Had a great stay. Lovely home in a quiet part of Sea Pines. The pool was just resurfaced and looked lovely.

My best Friends and I wanted a special experience to celebrate us all turning 60 this year. We found the perfect place. They had nice touches all over the home. We appreciated each having a power box by our bed that we could use to plug in all the things. The pool was delightful, and the best part was when birds and deer would wander into the yard and share the space with us. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with high ceilings and lots of light. Linda and Jay were great communicators and hosts. We had an absolutely wonderful time.

Great Family Trip

We stayed at Coconut Cabana with our 3 young kids. Very clean, well appointed property. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Can't wait to return.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had the best week at Coconut Cabana for our spring break! Three generations traveled together, and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and have space. The kids loved the heated pool, and the grandparents enjoyed the peaceful backyard and cabana in the evenings. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Another great family vacation, the house location is perfect for walking/biking to the beach, Harbor Town, South Beach and Salty Dog. Quiet neighborhood with walking/biking paths nearby to all things Sea Pines.

Great for quick weekend staycation

We booked Coconut Cabana last minute for a quick weekend staycation, and it was exactly what we needed. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and so thoughtfully designed — we spent most of our time relaxing by the heated pool and enjoying the cozy cabana bar in the evenings. Everything was spotless. Linda and Jay were such kind and attentive hosts. We left feeling completely recharged and already want to come back!

What a find!

What a find! We came down for the start of the Heritage with family (4 adults, 2 kids) and Coconut Cabana was just perfect. Heated pool was a total win — kids swam all day, and we hung out in the cabana every evening. Super chill vibe, close to everything but still tucked away and quiet. Already planning next year's trip!

Perfect spot for our family of five

We booked a last-minute long weekend at Coconut Cabana and couldn't have been happier! It was the perfect spot for our family of five — plenty of space for the kids, and the single-level layout made everything easy and comfortable. The heated pool and outdoor cabana were a huge hit, and we loved how peaceful the backyard felt. The home was beautifully kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. Linda and Jay were wonderful hosts who made the whole process so smooth. We're already talking about coming back for a longer stay next time!

We loved this house! The layout was great and very kid friendly and close to a lot of fun activities and places we wanted to see. We thought the backyard was fenced in from the listing which made us a little nervous at furst with small kids but it ended up being great! Would definitely recommend!

Weekend get away to sunny Sea Pines!

Our family of three enjoyed a quick weekend visit to sunny Sea Pines . This home was everything we were looking for in a vacation stay. Comfy beds, a beautiful, convenient setting and a lovely home. The owners communicated well and were very accommodating .

Sunny Escape from Winter!

We came down from the mid-west for a week at Coconut Cabana and it was exactly what we needed after all the cold back home! The weather was beautiful, and heating the pool was 100% worth it — our kids were in the water from morning till night. The backyard felt like our own private oasis with the palm trees and string lights, and the cabana area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Linda and Jay were great hosts and really easy to work with. We didn't wanna leave and already talking about coming back next year!

It is a lovely, well maintained property. The hosts provided lots of thoughtful items. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a lot, or a little. Nice walk or bike to the beach. The property is laid out well for some privacy and gathering space. The pool is very lovely and private.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well equipped. Check in was seamless and communication with rental agent was perfect. Add great weather and food equals a really enjoyable vacation.

Perfect Location on HHI

Very friendly and supportive hosts with quick reaction time - alsways helpful; perfectly located to all Sea Pines highlights like Harbor Town, South Beach Club, etc.; Bycicle path only 5min away; top house with a pool - our daughters loved it; perfectly sized house for us - we could even handle another 2 persons. Greeat vacation and we will come back.

Stellar property and rental experience

One of the best overall rental property experiences we’ve had. Wonderful property all around with very attentive property managers Immaculate, tastefully decorated, all of the necessities and more, including lovely holiday decorations!

Coconut Cabana

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location in Sea Pines on a quiet street, wonderful and private backyard/pool area and nice open layout. Kitchen was well furnished and the outdoor cabana bar was a pleasure as well. Owners/management company kept us well informed. Highly recommend.
