A beautiful Shipyard villa! Just as pictured or better. Finding a villa with three bedrooms and three baths is rare and fit our needs perfectly. Spotlessly clean and well stocked. Beach is near by car or walking. Location is fantastic! Views from the villa are wonderful, with side deck providing privacy and comfortable furniture and the front deck overlooking the golf course. Easy access to numerous shopping opportunities and restaurants. I have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and this is undoubtedly the nicest villa we have ever rented. We are looking forward to returning with family for Thanksgiving. Thanks, Carrie, for sharing your wonderful villa!

Mention to the owner about the grill and she quickly replaced it with a brand new one which was awesome… Location was fantastic for both the beach and any type of eating you desire… Area was full of wonderful friendly people… Had a wonderful time and plan on coming back to Hilton head in the future
Molly loved going to the beach each and every day
Molly enjoyed playing with all of her new friends on the beach and finally is not afraid of the ocean

Our group of 6 adults were extremely pleased with this property! It was very clean & well kept, all rooms & areas were exceptionally clean & the set up was great! We especially loved the proximity to the beach & the outdoor patio with the couches & cushions & availability of the gas grill! I had excellent communications with our host,Carrie--she was available & quick to respond & lovely to deal with! We did not use thepool so can't comment on that.

Fantastic stay - about 0.4 mile easy walk to the beach, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, outstanding host. Will be back!

Wonderful property and any questions I had were answered promptly.
The beach was clean and we really enjoyed our time there.

Lovely property with great amenities. Love that the condo has lots of light, as it is a corner unit. The beach is about a 10’ walk, is very clean with hard packed sand so easy for biking and walking. Groceries, shops, and restaurants are very close by making trips in the car quick and easy. All in all a perfect vacation spot!

Great for a family

Very spacious rooms , great proximity to the pool, discounted golf rate at shipyard, Palmetto Dunes close for pickleball, beach access had restrooms, great bike paths

Issue with cleanliness was mainly with floors and major surfaces - it was Spring pollen time and there had been no rain to wash it away - cleaners or previous rental may have left windows or doors open and pollen blew in - just noticed it when wiping down kitchen counters and wearing white socks - nbd - otherwise bathrooms and other rooms were spotless.

First Family Stay on Hilton Head

We were so impressed! We loved that everyone was able to have their own space. The property was clean and inviting! We definitely plan to come back in the future and would LOVE to stay here again!

Another year, another spectacular visit. Carrie is a wonderful host. The villa has the benefit of a great location with its easy walk to the beach, as well as the overall location of Shipyard on the South Island. It is so close restaurants, grocery stores, and some decent breweries. An absolutely fantastic vacation every time we visit. See you next year!!!
