The Condo is very clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything downtown including The Island. Dollywood only a few miles drive (3). Balcony view is amazing of the river that is directly behind the condo to fish, swim and feed the ducks. The grounds has a swimming pool , barbecue grill and picnic table. Grocerystore drugstore near by.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Great location close to the main strip. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. Would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future.

Condo was cozy and clean. Loved that it is within walking distance to the Leconte Center, The Island and other attractions in the area. Relaxing to sit on balcony and listen to the river flowing of the morning, while Pigeon Forge is still quiet.

The condo was larger than I expected. Lots of seating in the living room. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We were close enough to walk to the LeConte Center and the Island. I definitely recommend staying here.

We love staying here. Clean and comfortable! Great location, can walk to Leconte Center and other attractions. Loved sitting on the balcony. Close to grocery store, restaurants, etc.

The host was awesome, she answered promptly and took care of my needs. The condo is in a prime location in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo. My family and I had a great trip and made great memories.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood and all the tourist things to do in Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo is very clean and decorated with a cabin feel. It was nice to be so close to The Island, go karts and moutain coasters and still sit on the patio in the morning and listen to the river flow. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Cleanest Vrbo condo we have ever booked.

Extremely clean and very nice Condo, great location and Susan was very good to work with. Highly recommend if you are headed to Pigeon Forge, this is the place to stay.

This was a very clean condo. Decorated very nicely for Christmas. Great location and a nice balcony seating area. We would stay again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and easy to get to, you can walk to the island on a paved trail behind the building. The balcony overlooking the river was so nice, you can sit and listen to the water while drinking your morning coffee. There was only my sister and myself on this trip and we felt completely safe.

One of the best places we have stayed. Condo was clean, beds slept really good and loved the decorations. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice quiet area and we felt safe. I could not ask for a better host. Susan was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

A girls Christmas Getaway
