Are there steps? This one level unit is on the second floor above the parking garage. An easy access elevator is located inside the covered parking garage & the unit is a short walk around the corner.

Laundry on site? A stackable, free for you to use, washer and dryer is in the unit! We even provide two packets of laundry detergent to get your started.

Do we have to come to your office to pick up keys? No! Once you book & we run your final payment you'll receive all your check-in info! You will have everything you need to go straight to your unit!

Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available for 2 vehicles in the community garage. Overflow parking available for additional cars. No trailers allowed but let us know if you have one - we can help!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! There was plenty of room for the four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The directions to the condo were very easy to follow and the parking garage underneath was very convenient! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy! The outdoor pool and hot tub were great (we didn't go to the inside pool during our stay). The communication with the host was great as well! And the distance to Dollywood was very close. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was extremely clean and perfect for our family of four. The rooms were quiet and extremely comfortable. Bring blackout shades if you are sensitive to light. It was bigger than the pictures portrayed and had everything we needed. I highly recommend especially if you have younger kids as it had a great layout .

Loved the decor . Kitchen very well stocked . Beds was a bit firm for my liking but the pillows was great. I need total darkness I know next time to bring something to cover my eyes . Would stay here again

We loved this location! Short drive to Dollywood and everything in PF. If there was a side walk, you could walk to the parking lot of Dollywood, but coming back uphill would be tough after a long day at the park. I loved that we could see the Dollywood fireworks from the front porch. The condo was great! The master bedroom bed was super comfy! I hate hotel beds! The shower was meh. Not disgusting by any means, but not completely clean and the water pressure wasn’t great. We loved sitting on the back porch to drink our morning coffee. It was so quiet! Management was quick to respond and so kind. I would recommend this place 100%!

We loved this property. It was 15 minutes or less to every destination we went to. It was decorated super cute & the outdoor pool area was nice! Our only complaint was with the master shower having “pink mold” all through it. The floors throughout the condo were also dirty & the rug in the main bathroom definitely needs replaced. I was hoping for an early check in but that was not granted even though the bathroom was left in the state it was in. I did reach out to address the bathroom & some other cosmetic issues I wanted to address prior to us checking out. They did say they would send maintenance to fix the missing toilet lid & loose shower door handle but did not seem to care about the pink mold. Also caution, check out is 10 am but my code stopped working at 9 am.

We are so happy that you loved the unit. I did offer to clean the shower during your stay even though most of it is from the construction of the remodel. I also washed the rug in the bathroom after replacing the toilet seat. Im sorry you had trouble working the door. It does work correctly. Anytime you change your mind about wanting anything done during your stay with us please just let us know. We want all our units to be in perfect shape and that always includes cleanliness.
