Close to everything even downtown

This property was close to everything. It might be tucked down a neighborhood you wouldn’t expect but it was perfect. Just 5 minutes to downtown or 8 minutes to the convention center. It is the best place to stay if you are staying just for the weekend. I would stay here again!

Great Stay

This house was a home away from home. I traveled to TN to care for my sister after surgery & this place was perfect for that. I even with very short notice I asked to arrive a day early & Gregg was 100% accommodating even though was checking out same day that I was checking in. I am so grateful!

A very nice place to stay!

We had an excellent stay! When we arrived at the home they were just finishing cleaning the home and the couple was very friendly and helpful. The entire house is newly updated, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The cleanliness was excellent, which is one of the most important things to me. Gregg, the owner, made himself available during our entire stay. I would highly recommend Sevier Cottage and would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Great location to get to things in town. But it was a little dirty. Still crumbs on the counters, hairs in the bedding, dog hair poking out of the couch. There is beautiful outdoor areas but no seats to enjoy it. We stayed with my spouse and in laws and there just was not enough space for 4 adults. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was definitely not a “bad” experience but personally would not return to this one.

Just what I needed

The property itself was just as advertised. The location was great - close to a lot of good restaurant options. When I left there was an ambulance and 5 or 6 police cars about 10 houses down from where I was staying. I know if my wife was with me, she would not feel safe staying there again. Could be nothing, but it was definitely eye-opening.
