Información de la propiedad

Cozy on Carolina

This cozy home is over 1300 sq. feet of comfortable living. Cozy on Carolina was our first home and we kept it due to all of our wonderful happy memories made there. This home is within 10 minutes of I-81, which is convenient to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. It is surrounded by sidewalks and a nice neighborhood to walk. It has a fenced in backyard with patio furniture as well as a fire pit. It has just about anything you need to walk in and stay awhile. It is conveniently located to many things - grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. You would be located within 15-20 minutes of two state parks. It has 4 ball tournament fields anywhere from 5 minutes to twenty minutes away (Domtar, Brickyard, Winged Deer and White Top). Let us host you for your visit to Kingsport!

Place was small but was perfect for our needs. Downfall was the place needed a deep cleaning. Propane tank was missing and Jackie offered to bring one buy or reimburse us if we picked one up which we did to save her the hassle. We left the tank inside the garage the morning we left and since she didn't see it, instantly accuses us of taking the tank with us. Very rude and will never stay there again Hosts might what to think before they react

I apologize for the response about a deep clean. We do take our cleaning very seriously and clean it well. We want people to feel welcome in a cozy atmosphere. The first thing you said was, "Love this cozy house. I do want to respond to the supposed accusation; I did state, "You should have left it. I paid for it. Did you leave somewhere"? That comment alone shows I didn't see a note, and maybe it could have been put somewhere else. That's why I said, "Did you leave somewhere?" I am sorry you believed I came across as rude, and I wish you well.

I had a lovely stay at this rental. House was cute, cozy, and welcoming. Yard was nicely fenced and secure for dogs. Host was unbelievably communicative, kind, and willing to help with anything and everything. I had a great experience. Home was conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, you name it. I felt safe and enjoyed my first time in Kingsport! I unexpectedly arrived after dark and the house was well lit, inside and out. Just an absolutely wonderful host and adorable property.

Great Little Place

This is wonderful place for younger families. The stairs to second floor and basement are steep so older people may have trouble. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had couple of relatives and friends visit us there instead of going to them.
