Excellent neighborhood that was quiet and had everything we needed. Host was great and check in and out was smooth. Only downside was low tides kept the canal from having fish or crabs in it which bummed my son out but that’s nature

My family had the best time and staying on the canal was absolutely amazing! The boys had something to do at all times, the house was close to so many things, and the home was perfect. We will stay here again on our next fishing trip for sure!

We had a great stay. It was close to where we came down to celebrate my wife’s brother 70th birthday so all was good. Would stay there again when we come back to visit.

House was very nice! There was 7 people in my family on vacation. House was clean and was able to accommodate all of us. The water front was a very nice touch for relaxing in the evening and BBQ.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The property had awesome views of the canal. Our host was amazing. I highly recommend this place. It was close to lots of restaurants, Mustang Island and Padre Island National Seashore.

Comfortable for our family. Nice spacious location with a Coastal Bend feel. Shady veranda with a breeze from the Gulf makes it perfect for warm nights.

We had a wonderful time at the Cabal Front Beach House. I stayed with 4 grandchildren, and we loved every minute of our stay. The kids especially loved the picknick tables under the house!

This place was an amazing home base for a week long trip! Everything was well stocked and in great condition, and the host was very helpful. It is great for a festival or any kind of outdoor adventure as you can stay on top of your laundry right at home. Highly recommended!!

The property was cute and cozy. Our host was very responsive. We had a few issues with plumbing that provided some obstacles but Felicia was able to resolve it within a couple of days. I was ready to give this one less star but her responsiveness made me feel the property overall is excellent.

Great property with a great view! It’s an awesome location, easy to get to the beach or in town to grab a bite to eat. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Location close to beaches and shopping. Beds were comfy. Clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location beautiful views. Quite nicely decorated clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Nice kitchen. Will come back again for sure

The home was clean and well equipped felicia was attentive and the communication was great this trip was awesome through and through . we will be back also the neighbors are welcoming and gave us great fishing tips

Great canal front property
Host was very helpful and kids fished out the back door a bunch. Great for young families.

Labor Day Vacay
The property was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay. The decor and set up was great. We were about 15 minute (drive) from whitecap beach which was super easy to get too from where we were. We will definitely stay again. Felicia was wonderful to work with and very responsive.
