Hi, we're the Ayers Family from San Antonio, Texas. We both come from military families, but got to Texas as soon as we could! We are a fun loving party of 5 (7 if you include the pups) who love Jesus, our family, and making memories here at The Island Oasis. We're super blessed by this special place, and hope you will be too as you make memories of your own!

Oasis is simply defined as something serving as a refuge, relief, or pleasant change from what is usual, annoying, difficult; a small fertile or green area in a desert region, usually having a spring or well. This is our hope and prayer for you, that you can relax, refresh, and restore by the shore, here at The Island Oasis!

The property was fantastic and only minutes from the beach! We loved that they are dog friendly - many places aren’t which makes it hard to find rentals. Sara and Gary were super easy to communicate with and check in went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend staying here for a beach getaway!

This condo was well stocked with all the necessities, both in the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s close to the beach which was nice to be able to go back and forth. The rooms were clean, however, the living area had ants coming from the balcony door. They just need pest control and that should get rid of them. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

The only suggestion I would have is to update the TV in the second bedroom to a smart TV. The one that is in the room is unusable unless you bring an HDMI cord with you and some DVDs since there is a DVD player in the room. The owners were very nice and the condo super convenient to the places we were going while in Corpus. Overall a good place to stay

We loved our stay at the Island Oasis! This condo felt more like home with all of the extras. Very quiet and again we had great success at the small lake fishing. Very close to the beach, and a great pool. We will be back again when the weather is a little warmer.

The master retreat features an ensuite bath with walk-in shower, King bed, & walk-in closet. The guest suite also features an ensuite bath which can be closed off, Queen bed, & walk-in closet. Open & spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa that opens to the kitchen & dining for ease of entertaining!
