The condo was super cute! We had a good time fishing off the pier and could park our boat at the dock. It had all the dishes and utensils you could need. The only down side is there is now a fence between the condos and the lot next door(not the owners fault) and you have to park out on the street, but you do have access to the garage and there were lots of sand toys for the littles which was great since we forgot to grab ours. The host was really nice and called and explained the situation with the fence since it was not there last time we had stayed at the complex.

Just a suggestion, please put soap in showers. We had to use the hand soap in both baths. Please clean toilets better, and bathrooms overall. When lifting the toilet seats, very nasty and dirty. Maybe stock coffee and fixings a bit more. Nice to have to start out day. Hosts were super awesome and nice! Overall a nice place.

Im sorry to hear the toilets were not cleaned properly. We strive to make it a great stay and we appreciate you choosing our condo. As for the bath soap and coffee we do not provide. Im glad to hear you had a great stay for your moms birthday. 😎

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable for our family. The kitchen could use a few upgrades, especially better cooking pans and knives, but everything you need to prepare meals is there.For our family, this place was perfect. We love to fish, so being able to spend time fishing and then come back and cool off in the pool was exactly what we were looking for. It’s especially great for families with kids who love to fish too—they can enjoy the fishing and still have the pool for some extra fun.If your family loves fishing, relaxing by the water, and having a pool nearby, this is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the setup!I can also make it shorter and more casual, like a typical 5-star VRBO review

Perfect stay!

The space was excellent and exactly as described. Our family has stayed in this condo development previously and we'll definitely stay again. Very comfortable, pool is refreshing, fun fishing off the deck.

Island life

Great place for a get away weekend plenty of spots to fish from around the area. 5 min drive to the beach plenty of restaurants around Docks and Snoopy to name a couple plenty more. Place was clean and very well maintained.

Great stay

We had a great time, the house is well furnished and clean, we were 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) and we had plenty of room. It's walking distance to the beach, the pool at the back was always clean, all in all pretty good. I plan to return.

Comfortable and quiet!

Amazing! Best place we have ever stayed. This is our 7th summer to the area, condo was family friendly and big enough for the teens to have their own space. Loved every minute of it!

Close to the beach!

The place was cute and really close to the beach which was a huge bonus but I did notice the townhome wasn’t cleaned well in some rooms and also the community pool water wasn’t very clean but other than that it was a great stay.

Thank you for letting us know about the pool, we have let the hoa know, there was a concern with it. We have also spoke with our housekeeper about double checking each room before a guest arrives, but it is also helpful if the guest let us know why they are there, anytime during,their stay, so that we can come correct it for them. We want ALL of our guest to be happy with their rental.

Great family home!!

This is a wonderful place for the family. The 2 living spaces worked out perfect. The pool and patio deck are spacious. Don't forget your fishing pole!! Fish right under the deck. Thanks Sandra!!

Perfect Anniversary Weekend!

My husband and I booked the weekend getaway to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary. This home contributed to a perfect weekend trip! Everything in the home was luxurious and spacious! So clean and comfortable! It saddened us to leave but we plan on booking again!

Great experience. We locked ourselves out and Michelle answered and walked us through getting back in immediately. Everything was well stocked and clean!

Very clean and lots of nice touches - great location. "Large" dog friendly!

Really appreciated have many extra towels, having great selection of food service items and space. The place was well laid-out and the furnishings were comfortable. Nice to sit on the large (shared) deck/dock and watch the sunset. Air conditioning worked very well - and we like to keep it extra cold! The beach is super-close. So glad we found this condo that would accept our 60 pound dog - hard to find a nice one that will in this price point.

Great location

We had a great weekend ecen with minor issues. The island had a power outage while we were there which made things interesting. Haha. The property owner was very sweet and had great response times for any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable and centrally located to many great amenities. The only thing that I wish would have been more clear is the parking situation. It was very tight since another family that was staying had a large party. The carport was not easily accessible for my wide vehicle with the other families vehicles and the owner of the property next door's dirt piles but we made it work. Otherwise it was a pretty decent stay and we would be happy to stay again.

We were disappointed when checked in at the first day. There was no space to park in driveway, had to park in street. When open the door, a mold and smoking smell like some motels. AC and shower water were ok. We felt better at the third day when we checked out, less smell.
