We could not have been more pleased with the beautiful, we'll equipped property. Clean and spacious, with easy beach access and phenomenal views. Above all was the friendly staff that worked hard to anticipate your every want and need.

Casa Septiembre exceeded our expectations in every way possible - the house and view were even more beautiful than the pictures, the location (close but not too close to town) was amazing, the meals and snacks were delicious and the service was really outstanding. It felt like we were staying at a tiny resort right on the water. Angel and the staff really went above and beyond. They made the stay really special for our large group of 16. I also felt we got great value for the cost - the food was better than most restaurants and the costs were clearly communicated and honored. Would absolutely recommend Casa Septiembre and hope I can return some day!

Absolutely Perfect Stay!Casa Septiembre exceeded our expectations in every way. The property and grounds are absolutely beautiful, and honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was the perfect setting for our group to relax, spend time together, and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.The food prepared for us was wonderful, but what truly made our stay so special was the staff. They were incredible from beginning to end, attentive, kind, helpful, and always made us feel completely taken care of without ever being intrusive. Citlalli & Angel were also wonderful to work with before and throughout our stay and made everything so easy for us.We had 10 people in our group, and everyone left saying what an amazing experience it was. Beautiful house, gorgeous grounds, great food, THE VIEW, and an exceptional staff. We would absolutely stay at Casa Septiembre again and highly recommend it!

Family Vacation

The property was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was outstanding and helpful. We enjoyed the food prepared by their chef and staff. All of the employees were helpful and gracious.

Just Perfect!

Over the last few years, we’ve been renting large villas for a group of friends. This is our preferred from now on! The architecture, the staff, the waves, the beach, the pool, the walk into town, it’s all amazing! We love Casa Septiembre!

Our stay at this home in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was stunning, impeccably maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made us feel at home immediately. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and the home was spotless upon arrival. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, whether enjoying morning coffee, lounging by the pool, or watching the sunset in the evening. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. The staff and host (Angel) were attentive to ensure our stay was perfect. Their recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and excursions helped make our trip unforgettable. The location was ideal-private and peaceful while still being conveniently close to the beach, dining, and local attractions. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we left with wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. My partner and I booked this villa for our shared birthdays at the end of August/ beginning of September. We were a group of 14 friends/family (all adults). NOTHING was a disappointment! The house is exactly as pictured and yet even more luxurious. The 9 bedrooms were able to accommodate exactly what we needed. The staff cleaned them daily as well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Be prepared that there are a few tiny geckos that might hang out in your room, but they avoid you. Only complaint my group had was the dim lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up in the evening-- we know to bring make up lights for a future stay. The food was BEYOND delicious! The chefs made everything we asked for and were accommodating to our allergies and food restrictions. Victor was one of our main bartenders and he made any cocktail we requested. For my birthday, I wanted cucumber jalapeño martinis and he ensured we had everything we needed to make them! Angel, the host, was able to help us in every way. He picked up flower for my boyfriend to give me on my birthday; he had a custom cake delivered for my boyfriend's birthday. And after we left, one of my guests forgot her wallet-- he got in his car and drove it to the the airport for us! This was above and beyond and we cannot thank him and his team enough! We are already planning a trip to return in the future. Thank you Casa Septiembre Team for making this trip so special.

Casa Septiembre is a beautiful property right on the beach in a beautiful section of Conchas Chinas. But what makes the property is the amazing staff, from Angel and getting things setup and communicated, to Victor and Oscar serving up snacks and beverages and anything else. The rest of the staff was equally amazing, we had an amazing stay and were totally relaxed and not ready to leave. We will be back and bring a few more people with us. I can not recommend it highly enough. Some highlights of the house the air conditioning works great, it was a concern at night sleeping in the humid hot rainy season but we had no problems. The swimming pool is cooled so equally impressive to stay cool, its about 5 feet deep at the deep end maybe 3.5 feet on the shallower side plenty of room for kids to play and adults to float. The property is right close to town and on the beach but because the design and landscaping, you seem like you are a world away from it in your own private part of Puerto Vallarta. The beach in front if the property is amazing as well we had a few days of red flag because of an off shore hurricane but the last day we were there it was dead calm and amazing. There is an automatic coffee machine that was easy to use and available at all times. Theyhave a nightman a the house during the overnight hours which was an nice addition when we were there. Overall I am unsure how to say how amazing it was in any other ways. But we will be back. Thank you!
