We had a great time we 3 generations of our family together! Shirt drive to the beach and beautiful birds in the back. Property is nice and fenced in for your puppy :)

Beautiful space. Was there for a wedding, so I decided to stay by the water. The views were amazing, between the birds, the ships up and down the channel and the proximity to the ocean… THE BEST! It was clean, cool and ready to go when I arrived. Checkout was a snap and all that was required was taking the trash downstairs. Fun garage with table games to play… and hang out. Sitting area was beautiful and the pool was always on (tho it was too cold to get in, and I didn’t pay the fee to warm it).. it adds its lighting to the mix at night. BBQ, picnic tables… a great space for a few or MANY… loved it, will go back.

Overall it was excellent. Some of the outdoor stuff didn't work like the string lights and the firepit. I reported the firepit and the host did send someone out to try to repair it. So overall, it was still excellent.

We enjoyed out stay at Pelicans Porch. This was my kids favorite vacation home in Port A to date. We will definitely be back to Pelicans Porch in the future.

Excellent Property

The house has a great location. The kids really enjoy the playroom and the pool. This house has an amazing view and it was perfect for a family vacation.

great Port A getaway

we loved everything about this property! great location, lots of room, very clean and comfortable home. The heated pool and game room were a plus!! Already looking at staying again. Sless' family

Beach trip

Pelican’s Porch was a terrific beach house for our family-grandparents, adult children and grandkids. House was the perfect size and we enjoyed the private pool, outdoor area, and game room. Location was close to everything we needed including the beach.

Wonderful House for the whole family

There is something for all at this house. Great view, awesome game room for kids, plenty of room to park a boat in the driveway. We had a great time as a family.

Perfect n Peaceful

If you’re looking for a quiet spot where the whole family can gather, this place is amazing. Clean nice pool and awesome game room. we will be back with the kids this summer.

Paid a lot of money for this place for the week and it was dirty when we checked in. Pool had dead lizards and frogs in the filter and animal droppings all over the patio. Also had the previous renters or owners pack n play full of trash by the road which an animal decided to rummage through and take all over the street every night. This pissed the neighbors off and we told the rental company the first night but no one picked it up until our stay was almost over. Not worth the money that you pay for this place. Also guest bathroom toliet was broken so spend the whole first day waiting on maintance to come and fix it.

Amazing Property!

We definitely love this property so that is why we had to come back. The location is great very close to the beach and the view is amazing. We love to sit down drink our coffee and watch the pelicans and the boats passing by. The pool is great the kids had lost of fun and the play room is great for the entire family. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful neighborhood

Loved the house and downstairs pool area and game room. Came with grandkids and they had a blast! Wish there would have been some more cookware specifically pans, we do a lot of cooking and there was only two older pans to pick from but everything else was top notch!

Beautiful view with birds!

We really enjoyed our two nights at your beautiful place overlooking the salt marsh. So many birds! Clean and great accomodations for two couples. A quick dip in the pool was also wonderful. Thank you!

Very nice! Very spacious! And the best little details all around. Be advised these houses on the island have all the living area up stairs. This house has a great advantage with the boat house being finished out as a game room with TV ping pong and toilet room. Ya. 5 stars

More Time - phone a friend

Great times. Wish we had another day or two there. If you have any last minute openings, we might be down for a 4 hour drive to visit again. Kids had a blast especially riding bikes on the quiet low traffic street. Cheers Dave

perfect January bday vacay

This house was sooo relaxing! We brought our own food so we wouldn't have to deal with restaurants, and the house had everything in the kitchen we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching birds and playing board games. I appreciated all the clean (seemingly brand new) towels available. Also the location of the windows made the house bright and sunny, but we still had privacy. This house was truly perfect for my man and me and our sweet pup!

Great location and nice house

My family really enjoyed the house, the view was nice and the pool was great. The house was a short drive to the beach, maybe 5 minutes. The appliances could use some upgrading, dishwasher didn’t really clean the dishes and the grill needed to be manually lit. Also would be nice to restock the game room with newer equipment. Overall I would recommend this house to any family looking for a clean, relaxing house close to the beach.

Seamless Serenity

The property is well documented in photos and well stocked with everything one might need for a stay in Port Aransas (and more). The management and consideration of the property are where things shine beyond the photos. All light switches are labeled, signs are posted for use of amenities and Wifi, there are USB mounted charging ports on the back of nightstands, and everything's in pretty good condition. The property is well situated facing a small marsh with pelicans, fish that jump out of the water, and birds diving in to catch what they can and you can see for miles into the distance with cargo ships/tankers coming and going. It's a short drive to anywhere in Port A, but it was actually preferable for us to be in a small community away from the beach and this property delivered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the work that Sway, Jim, & Chuma put into the place!
