Fun family style house with a private boardwalk to the beach, sleeps 10. This quaint home is VERY private and quiet it is only a 10 minute hop to Port Aransas or North Padre Island.

You'll never miss anything with this open kitchen! It brings everyone together with the living room area and kitchen bar it is the perfect set up for interaction!

The master bedroom has a nice big window to wake up to the sound of surf and gorgeous sunrises, or watch from the deck off the living room with your morning cup of Joe, and for evenings watch from the deck in the front for beautiful sunsets!

While the master has a king size bed and it's own private bathroom, the other two bedrooms are next to each other, one with a full size bed and the other with three bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hall.

All needed amenities supplied- shampoo, conditioner, soap- all you need is your toothbrush and toothpaste! The kitchen's ready for you too- just bring your grub and you can even throw it on the grill on the back deck.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space is massive, easily accommodating our family of six without anyone feeling crowded, while still feeling incredibly welcoming and cozy. The pool is fantastic and was a huge hit for relaxing when we were done with the waves. Great ocean view, it was the perfect backdrop for our morning coffee.

Amazing stay. Right on the water, very beautiful. My gf and our dogs had an amazing time. Everything you need in the house. Close enough to town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Just enough the sound of the waves.

Came into house with counter fullOf ants. Takes 2 days to cool house down with make shift AC. Severely under maintained. BE VERY CAREFUL ON WALK WAY STAIRS TO BEACH (3rd step broken and son got injured). Views and proximity to water are great, but hard to see through beyond dirty windows. The “PRIVATE” walkway is NOT private, beware. Owner said he’s currently paying a lawyer to make it private, but not as advertised. No hit water to shower kids. Owner said he’s sending someone. Didn’t and stopped responding. Last, WIFI password not provided until mid way thru trip. Every towel was torn and won out. Dishwasher was broken for a long time (you can see the note left in it in pictures I’ve attached). Despite property advertised with a dishwasher. Be prepared to wash all by hand. Proximity awesome. Everything else wild. Also, owner may try to see if you want to buy his property for “big bucks” Owner is over his head, can’t afford the property tax (his words) and doesn’t maintain the property. Just know what you’re getting.

House was very spacious for our family of 8. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Clean house and was fully stocked with everything needed. Bbq pit was very small for our family luckily we brought our own.

The place was perfect! We had about 50 family members for a family Christmas party and it was the right size! Plenty of parking, seating, beach access, and views, as well as the room for a buffet style layout for catering. Host was very responsive. We are so grateful for this stay and are already considering other future stays. I hope it remains available!

Great location

We loved how close this house is to the beach. The deck had a few spots I think should be fixed, but otherwise it was a great value over all.

Location was excellent!

This simple fact that this property was right on the beach made it all 100% worth every penny. The house itself could use a little upgrading, but we didn’t mind. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Secluded family fun.

Secluded beach front home. Loved our stay. House is a little dated, but if you are there for the beach and family time, this is it. Had so much fun and loved the semi-private beach space. I hope to come back next year.

Older but not run down

Really had a fun stay. The patio facing the ocean was our favorite place to hang out. The price was fantastic considering it was right on the beach. Will rent again.

Away from the crowds

The home was older, but had all that anyone would need. What was amazing was the wonderful beach location and access.
