The house was a perfect location and fit for us. We had space to relax and the beach access was one of the best parts. Everyone loves it when things run smooth and that was our experience with the house and the super kind host of this property.

2nd time to stay at this lovely home. Everything was perfect upon arrival and the beach view is unbelievable. The host was prompt to welcome and be sure all was as presented. Our large family absolutely love the island that seats 12, many memories made and tons of laughter around that island. Amazing layout with suite on first floor perfect for family with small children. All other bedrooms are on the third floor. Proximity to the beach is minutes. Will be back!

The house was beautiful. This house is perfect for a large group. Our favorite part was the large kitchen and kitchen island that was able to fit our whole group. Communication was great.

The house was amazing. It is the perfect location for family gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were plenty and comfortable, location is super convenient to everything. It was a memorable weekend for us!

We had a fabulous stay. The home is wonderful and perfect for extended family with young children. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most meals.

The view was fabulous! Closest we’ve stayed to beach and the walk to beach was great. The house, from the layout to the decor, was spot on. Our family enjoyed it immensely and will certainly consider staying here again !!!

This place was beautiful! It is spacious. I had 15 adults a toddler and an infant and there was so much room for everyone. That kitchen bar was the perfect area for gathering for our meals. That kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed from multiple coffee makers to a waffle maker to a blender and a plenty of dishes for large groups. The multiple floors turned out to be a blessing. We had the kids and their parents down there so they could have some quiet time when needed. The view of the beach is so perfect from the rooms and main floor. And the hosts were perfect. Simple instructions. No surprises. I can’t say enough to tell you how great a place it is. We will definitely be staying there again in the future! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Great house and location

The house was very comfortable with a wonderful living area and kitchen. Having the beach so close was perfect for the children.

The house was well supplied with everything thing we needed. Had some stress with the dryer not working. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Perfect for our family of 16 to spend time together!

We always stay at this location on our annual family trip to the beach. Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views of the beach, the older couple in our group really enjoy having an elevator. We will continue to return.

Location was amazing. For a family with accessibility issues, this property was not the most ideal, despite the elevator. Had I not brought ramps to go inside from the garage, we would not have been able to access the house. Pictures indicated a much more light, bright and open space than reality. The door to balcony was almost impossible to open and close and the upstairs bathroom sinks did not drain well. A cleaning fee was refunded, but no significant monetary help was offered.

We are always disappointed when our guests don't have a wonderful time at The Beachside - Banyan. Unfortunately, when there are accessibility issues, this needs to be clearly communicated. This property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations even with an elevator. Our precheck in communications clearly state that guests are not able to park trailers, campers or construction trailers at Banyan Beach. We have received consistent perfect reviews from our guests who mention the spectacular ocean views, lovely home and close proximity to the beach. We are disappointed that your trip wasn't 10/10. We enjoyed having you at The Beachside - Banyan.

Check in was easy. All info was sent to us before check-in in an easy to read and share format. They made sure we got in and settled without issue as well. We definitely look forward to staying there again.
