Fun loving family who first came to just for Disney and Theme Parks.

Coming from subzero Manitoba we are fascinated with tropical places and appreciate the warm climates. We loved it so much we just had to have a place.

We looked all over Kissimmee and found that Encantada offered the most.

Our girls Brittany and Andrea can't wait to return on summer vacation

Keywords: Enjoy your own private pool just steps from your residence. The Resort at Encantada is just steps away directly behind the Townhouse. The private pool is 22' X 12'. Optional pool heat is available and recommended from Oct. to Mar.

Disney World is a 10 to 15 minute drive. You can actually see the fireworks everynight in the distance.

The townhouse is complete with kitchen, living room and dining room.
Comes with clothes washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
The kitchen has a large fridge , stove, dishwasher and microwave. Complete with cutlery dishes, and appliances. Linens and towels are provided.

The townhouse also has air conditioning, cable TV, 5 Flat Screen LCD tv's, Dvd ,Vcr, wireless internet and free phone to USA and Canada. We have two playpens for infants. We have a full size crib in the downstairs bedroom.

Encantada Resort has loads of activities, two pools, two hot tubs, games arcade room, fitness gym, internet cafe, childrens play structure, walking trails around a lake.

Family Disney Trip

We travelled with our family to take our 1.5, 3, and 4 year old to Disney for the first time. Everything was perfect for what we needed and we would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Jeff was an amazing host and was very nice to accommodate late requests. The area is great and love the big pool being right behind the house pool.

Nice week long stay!

We enjoyed the stay with our 3 kids ranging 6-14. Also brought our 48 lbs dog. Plenty of room and the host was always quick to respond. Would for sure use it again. Close to a ton as well!

Family Vacation

Thank you for having such fantastic hospitality and great service.The townhome was very nice, relaxing and so spacious which made it so easy for us to fill welcomed. It was very very clean in every room of the home. We really did enjoy our stay. Great place to book for a family vacation!!! Everything went smoothly from the start of booking to the end of our stay!!

Excellent choice for family vacation… close to parks and highway.

Jeff’s condo was the perfect fit for our family vacation to the Disney and Universal parks. there was lots of room to spread out and we loved having the pool right at our back door. We also took time to enjoy the lovely resort pools and clubhouse bar too. Jeff was the perfect host,very accommodating and quick to respond to our queries and needs. we would definitely come again.

Great accommodation’s and location.

House was in great condition and very clean. The location was ideal for our family vacation. Close to all Disney parks and had good restaurants nearby. Owner was in communication with us before our check in and provided all details including an early check-in. Rooms were large and comfortable. Couldn’t have been happier with our weeklong visit.

Disney trip!

Everything was great! We all had a bed, which was a plus for our family. The location to Disney and places to eat was great! If you going to Disney and want to stay off of Disney property this place is great. Very clean! Private pool, was an added bonus! Only thing I would even say if you had a big family like us staying bring a few more towels or some laundry detergent to wash the ones they provide. (That is just a hint for other) If we in Orlando again we would stay here again anytime!

Last minute vacation

My family and I decided to go Orlando after Christmas for 3 days , this house has everything that you need ! Location, clean, amenities and the management was great! He very kind and helpful. Definitely if we’ll come back to Orlando we stay here.

Beautiful Property and an amazing stay

Jeff was amazing from check in to check out. He communicated with us daily. He was absolutely amazing. The townhouse was very nice. We loved having a private pool and access to the community pool. Overall great experience!

Family friendly comfortable home on resort

We would definitely recommend and stay here again! Jeff was an excellent host with great communication. We enjoyed the peaceful home location as well as this rental being very close to many attractions. The private pool was fun, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the rooms were spacious. This home is in close proximity to the resort pool, club house, gym and parking, which made this the perfect rental for our family. We look foward to returning.

Great Accommodation & Host!

Great location with an easy back route to Disney. There’s a fantastic outdoor entertainment area very close to the property, which has restaurants serving any kind of food you may want. Jeff was extremely responsive when a potential issue came up, but it ended up not even being an issue at all. Enough space in the townhouse for each of us to have our own space. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun in Florida

This place was perfect, location was great it was close to everything, restaurants, shopping and all the theme parks. we brought our dog a Jack Russell she loved to be walked around all the beautiful landscaped trails. we also enjoyed the screened in pool, it was clean refreshing and we used it every day, the best part was one end was shaded by a oak tree. It was a gated community so we felt safe. when we go back to Orlando I will definitely rebook. Jeff was the perfect host, he was always on call and responded quickly.

Disney Trip

Arrived to find the property clean and as advertised. The sliding glass door leading to the pool was difficult to open and close, contacted the owner and he had someone come out and fix it on Monday. He is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or request, we were very impressed. Location is convenient to Disney and the pool was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando.

Celebrating the Life of Mommy

Kissimmee was my mommy’s favorite place to go each summer. Typically, we go in July. This year I wanted to go earlier because we needed a break from life. Needed an opportunity to take mommy on vacation. Just having her in the house with us made it a memorable trip. We each remembered her in our own way. Our Yorkies Onyx and Roxy were also able to be there with us making the trip even more special. The kids enjoyed the pool at the house more than the pools on the resort. It was a great vacation for us all.

Beautiful and comfortable <3

Well to be honest, I was very impressed. It was more than I expected. Pictures do not do this very large and comfortable home any justice. Me and my family AND 2 doggies were very pleased! My husband was able to walk them 3 times a day and everyone there was so sweet and friendly. Most importantly, Jeff the home owner was extremely humble, down to earth and attentive and honest. Very communicative. I absolutely recommend this place! I will be coming here again that’s for sure ! (:

Roomy and comfortable townhouse

This townhouse is in a very quiet small gated resort. The townhouse is located immediately adjacent to the Encantada Resort clubhouse and 2 very nice resort pools/hottubs. The townhouse has its own small pool that was great for our 3 granddaughters in between going right out the townhouses's screenroom door to the resort pools. Self check-in involved either 2 door keypad codes or a lockbox with keys. Neither of the codes worked but we got in fine with the keys that we used the rest of our stay (12 days). We had several immediate maintenance issues but these were resolved quickly in contact with the owner. Townhouse furnishings and decorations are dated but still fit our needs. The resort has a small snack bar/bar (inside and out by pool), but the operating hours (11 -5 except Tuesday and Wednesday) did not match our desired use. Jeff (owner) is a class act ..... responding well to any needs and in a very timely manner.

Family Vacation with Adult Kids

This is a good property for people who need lots of beds and baths. It fit our needs very well. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The host, Jeff, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. It is an older property with older furnishings, but everything was functional. There were a couple things worth mentioning. First is the cleanliness. It was tidy but not well cleaned. Sheets and towels smelled like they had been used and not washed. There were lots of hairs in them. We ended up washing them before using them. The second quirk was there was nothing providing for cleaning dishes, laundry or toilet paper. There was about 1/3 a roll of TP in two of the bathrooms. Jeff said he doesn’t provide these things, which is stated in the listing. I was not able to find that information in the listing so for anyone considering renting this property-plan on bringing some with or going to the store to buy some. Taking these things into consideration I would probably rent this property again. It is priced well for the age and condition, especially considering it has 3 full bathrooms.

Very Disapointed

The problems began before we even left for our trip. I had to telephone VRBO to get the address of our condo. Once on the way, I had to call VRBO again to get the entry code for the entrance gate and the code to enter the condo. Two messages I sent to the host when unanswered. I felt this should have been sent to me when I paid for the condo. The next issue was grit on the bed sheets of the queen bed on the first floor. Fortunately, I had brought sheets in case we needed a blow up bed I had also brought. There was only ONE wash cloth for the downstairs bathroom and very few upstairs. We had to share! Very limited number of bath towels as well. We had to purchase toilet paper because all that was there was what was left on the roll. There wasn't a complimentary amount of laundry soap for at least one load. Needless to say, I won't stay here again when we come back in the Fall.
