Located between Newport and Balboa Piers this mid Century 4 unit building on West Balboa Blvd Is perfect for short walks to either Pier and many fine restaurants, as well as the Balboa Ferry and the Catalina Flyer. This Studio apartment has a full kitchen. There is a comfy queen size captain's bed with storage underneath and ample closet and drawer space. Side tables are laptop tables to provide a workspace. Amenities include Smart TV, Cable, free Wifi, coin op washer and Dryer, there is a gas BBQ with table and chairs on a shared patio space. 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and Boogie Boards are provided and stored in the garage with the laundry. This is a ground floor unit. There is a small bathroom with a NEW SHOWER!. Street Parking only. Quite hours are very important. No animals allowed on property due to allergies. Our first time using VRBO worked out great! The property is great for couples. The location worked great for doing things on both ends of the peninsula. Communication and check-in was efficient and clear. Look forward to using this property next time we’re in Newport Beach.

This is a great studio apartment located 5 minutes from lifeguard station # 15 on the Balboa Peninsula beach. It is walkable and perfect for a couple.

The room had all the essentials and was clean. Close to the beach and back bay. Plan on doing something with your car due to street sweeping on Monday’s. You will get a ticket if your car is parked in the street with very few options to park elsewhere. The host let us know up front about this situation.

This was a perfect place to stay! VeryCute and clean. Location is awesome. Quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Prime location for short walk to beach and several local restaurants & bars. Some street parking with a close public pay parking lot too. 4 beach cruisers, 4 beach chairs, beach toys & wagons for the littles. Communication with the host was excellent. Nice neighbors so fun to hang out on the front patio! Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to the ocean and the bike/walking path that will take you to the pier, restaurants, and shops. It's very comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach towels and chairs. Loved the shared patio, too!

Good air conditioning, close to beach and Balboa area. Easy codes to get in room. Everything was clean and ready to use. If the large storage area was converted to make the bathroom bigger this place would be a five star small resort room.

So convenient to beach, shops and market

We loved how access to the beach, the shops and the market were so close. Very quiet during our stay, we felt very safe here.
