While you'll enjoy access to a boat ramp for days on the canals and the bay, this property is also less than 10 miles from several popular destinations including multiple parks, the South Padre Island Golf Club, and the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center.

Step into this cool and inviting condo with wall-to-wall tiled floors, a well-equipped, full kitchen with quartz countertops, a dining table for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a TV for streaming your favorite channels. While here, spend days sunbathing by the shared, outdoor pool located just steps from your door.

This condo also comes with a washer/dryer and cool central air-conditioning.

** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay."

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Horrible experience

Where do I start. First of all the listing was inaccurate. Listing indicated parking for two vehicles. Posted sign indicated vehicles w/o a permit would get towed. I tried to get a hold of customer service for over 3 hours. When I finally got someone on the line they told me listing was for one car only. I specifically chose this place because my wife had to work and would be leaving early in the morning, so I checked my listing, and sure enough it said parking for two vehicles. No parking permit available. Area residents indicated their cars had been towed before so I would surely get towed. Solution I was given by Maria and Crystal from Vacasa, was to drive over the Causeway bridge to South Padre Island, five miles away and park one of the vehicles at the Vacasa office. We were allowed to park our other vehicle under one of the permanent residents car port. Horrible solution with the Memorial Day weekend traffic. Secondly, internet UN and password given to us was incorrect, so we had no access to internet. Thirdly, we were not given access code to enter the pool. fourth, we had to go to Walmart and buy a hair dryer, because there was no hair dryer as indicated on the listing. Lastly, I had to end my trip a day early so that I wouldn't have to wake up the entire family at 5 in the morning the following day to take my wife to pick up the vehicle at the Vacasa office. Overall, this was a horrible experience and the amenities/services listed were not provided.
