This newly restored property feels warm and cozy with its simple layout and high end finishes. The House offers 2 private bedrooms and a fold down couch. The chef of the house will enjoy the commercial grade stove top and oven. The house sits on a large wooded lot with ample shade and yard space to relax and enjoy the sun rise/set. The property is within walking distance of a coffee kiosk, convenience store and Billings largest public lake with walking trails!

This was a great place to stay. Clean and updated. Walking distance to Lake Elmo and a short drive to stores and restaurants.

Hot tub stay

It was a very nice place and well kept. Very comfortable and everything was close and very accessible. It was a great place to stay

Overall a nice stay

Aside from the front door not having a proper lock(for my eloping kiddo) and AC wasn't centralized, as well as the hot tub being in the midst of the construction/renovations going on… the property is well enough. Thanks for having us.

Lucas was great at responding quickly to our questions. The property was very accommodating to all our needs. We were visiting Billings MT for our granddaughter’s high school graduation and this property was located within 10 to 15 minutes of everything we needed. We visited at the end of May through the first week of June and had a heat wave while we were there. The two AC units were very adequate to keep us cool inside the house. I just had back surgery in March, so the safety bars in the bathtub/shower were perfect for me. Plus we had more than enough washcloths and towels to meet our needs. The main bedroom had a king size bed and was so comfortable. After our exhausting day of travel from Michigan, that first night and every night after, was so refreshing in that king size bed.My husband and two of our grandchildren used the hot tub one time and enjoyed it thoroughly. The host even supplied crock type shoes and bath robes for use with the hot tub. One more item I really appreciated was the open shelf closet storage in the second bedroom. I love to unpack our suitcases when staying for a few days and this unit made it easy for us to find all our clothing items without having to remember which drawer we put them in. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and that gas stove would be my dream stove at home.There was no cable TV, but for us that was okay. We had so much more to do than watch TV.Great place and we highly recommend

We drove up to the house and it was not what we expected. It is in an industrial area and on a very busy street with no view of anything. There is an small house directly behind it which you would share both the grill and the fenced in yard with. We had booked it for 2 weeks and walked in and walked out. We ended up staying at hotel that night and making other arrangements.
