Beautiful view, good kitchen, good shower and bathroom. Bring your beach chair and favorite libation and your pole and tackle and FISH, there are a lot of them!

Joe is an amazing and kind host. He greeted us and called to check in with us the following day. The place is great, very comfortable and well equipped. There's a gorgeous river you can see from the house, and a picnic table directly next to it. A great spot for birders or people who like to fish. We had a great stay, highest recommendation.

Joe was a fantastic host! The apartment was the perfect size for two people, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Joe was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to explore. The location was convenient and the entire experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Plenty of water but you were told not to fish. Don’t go near pier, don’t engage the neighbors, if asked tell them your family. The lack of fishing was total disappointment. See them jumping, water everywhere. You might as well stay home and not take gear. Better description needed

Kitchen had all items needed along with oven and stove top. Patio was excellent for watching the full moon and there were views of the creek. Joe was an excellent concerning host.

Perfect Getaway Spot

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The accommodations were great, and our host was so helpful. It is centrally located and only took a short drive for activities either at the beach or downtown. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We'd definitely recommend it, and will be staying there again!

The host is very hands on! We were asked to call him before we arrived for him to meet us at check-in. A little uncommon for a VRBO. He brought us into the unit & gave us a quick tour around, although it was not necessary as it was just a 1b1ba with a small living room. He likes to stay in touch during your stay so just be prepared to be contacted by the host. Wasn't an issue, but wasn't something we were used to at rentals. He was available when we needed something and that was helpful. Beautiful location but we were busy so only spent time there to sleep & get ready. Easy to get to restaurants & the beach from this location.

This is a cozy and intimate setting. Wonderful, secluded and private as well. If there were water access, this could be the perfect place. We will return.

Perfect Weekend Away

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend away. It’s in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The place was beautiful. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy & Convenient

Joe's place was the perfect stay for our trip to Wilmington for UNCW’s commencement. Extremely close to so many points of interest and nearby restaurants. Joe is super friendly and his place is perfect for a couple looking to chill after a day out in Wilmington!

Great place to stay! The second we pulled up, the owner was ready to greet us and show us around! Offered up some places to eat and activities to do while we were there. Neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. The rooms were very clean, there was extra blankets and pillows, lots of kitchen supplies, and a comfortable lounging area! The stay was so great, highly recommend to anyone traveling here!

Great Spot

Host is very hospitable and responsive. Cute neighborhood and the location is easily accessible to the beach and UNCW.
