Nice and clean, very spacious, pet friendly, but didn’t smell like other people‘s pets, which is a huge bonus, decently stocked kitchen, which not every rental is so that was appreciated. Well decorated and absolutely would stay again.

Great house & location

We love this private neighborhood and comfortable house. Everything we need is close by. The house is well equipped, with a fenced in yard perfect for our dog. The beds are comfortable, the showers hot and strong, and the kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. Driving to Wrightsville, Carolina Beach or even Topsail Beach is convenient from this location. Our favorite is to go to Long Leaf Park in the mornings and Wrightsville beach after 7pm in the evenings (when the parking is free).

Very nice updates, very wheelchair accessible entry, fit our needs well. We would stay here again! Constructively suggest a tv in the 2nd bedroom, wider interior doors, updated showers (lower thresholds/handheld spray nozzles). Thank you!!

Pet -friendly! Beautiful home. Nice size bedrooms. So close to outdoor shopping. Close to nice dining. Nice quiet neighborhood. The shower water was nice to me. My only complaint… looks like sugar ants or tiny ants in the kitchen and other bugs. Exterminator should come a bit more often. Be sure to get that huge spiderweb right under the carport.

Stayed here for a couple nights while we were moving our son into his dorm at UNCW. The place was perfect for us—plenty of room to relax, very comfortable, nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Cozy Corner

Very welcoming home, kept tidy & had all the necessities there. Backyard is beautiful with a great fire pit & plenty of space for a group. Would stay here again, enjoyed it so much.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed the weekend to move our daughter and it was a great location to university. Super clean. Nice fenced in yard for our dog. Host was super nice and responsive. Bed was super comfortable! Would absolutely stay again.

A great place to stay

We had a long weekend in Wilmington for a family celebration and the house was an excellent base for us. It was very clean, very well equipped with so many kitchen necessities, and everything worked just fine. We all agreed we would stay at this house again!

Enjoyed stay; great for dogs

Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Kitchen very well equipped. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend Sweet D’s filled croissants! Hope to come again

Great house, great location in north of town

Beautiful property, clean, well maintained. Fabulous backyard for my dogs. House is much bigger than we thought. Will stay again!

Coastal comfort

The pictures are great and it was even better in person. Lovely home, comfortable accomodations. Felt very safe. Excellent yard for our little doggie and nice neighborhood for our walk. Look forward to staying again when we are back in town.

This weekend was absolutely amazing! The home was even more beautiful in person, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. It was in a great location, close to everything we needed, while still feeling peaceful and private. The home was spotless and so well cared for, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great Location, Well thought out, maintained and comfortable... Perfect

This home is in a wonderful and safe location close to stores, the beach, the park...really everything. Amenities are well thought out and you are greeted with a welcome note. Home is very clean, designed well and very comfortable. We all slept extremely well, which isn't always the case when traveling. There is a fire pit out in the back yard with string lights creating the nicest ambiance. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful Stay in Wilmington

Our visit with our son and his family was the best part of our trip, but our VRBO accommodations were a very close second. The house was clean and well decorated and the proximity to our sons house was fantastic, five minutes away. Our dog had a perfect back yard to do her thing and stay safe (all fenced in). The wine and chocolates were the perfect greeting. Thanks for letting us stay the extra day. Our grandson is back to his healthy self.

Wonderful place, but more expensive than anticioated

The house was fabulous! We loved the layout and it was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. It was great having a yard for the dogs to run around in and explore. While I expected to be charged extra for my dogs, I did not expect the additional cleaning fee, which was substantial. We make it a point to leave places as clean as possible when we leave. For that reason, we will probably not return.

Convenient, Comfortable & Clean

Stayed mid-June and found everything to be clean and comfortable. Vacationed with our golden retriever who really appreciated the completely fenced in back yard. The kitchen was very well stocked (I even made an apple tart with what they had there!). We had easy access to Long Leaf Park, where we went every morning with the dog for a bit of extra (dog) excitement. Because it was mid June, we couldn't really enjoy outside (too hot) and quite a bit of noise from Military Cutoff (but only when we were outside. Inside was pleasantly tranquil even given the 4 sliding glass doors! ) The main bedroom had no closet since that door was locked, but the secondary bedroom had a whole wall of mirrored-sliding-door closets. Wonderful supply of shower necessities, linens, paper products, and kitchen products, including some spices. Also some K-cups (but we used the drip coffee maker instead..it was right next to the blender!) Dawn was a great property manager and very helpful with any questions. WiFi was nice too. Very convenient to Mayfaire, grocery stores and planet fitness.
