Located on Wilmington's Cross City Trail this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The bike ride to Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge is just 3 miles. UNCW is 1/2 mile. 1 mile to Starbucks along the trail and 2.5 miles to Wilmington's best shopping: Mayfaire Town Center. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops. Hardwood Floors. King Casper Cooling mattress. Side private porch off bedroom facing the creek. Front porch with rocking chairs. This cottage is located in a neighborhood where the property owner lives on the same property in a separate home. The owners are happy to offer local recommendations or assistance if needed. Loved our stay at this cozy cottage. The hosts had the cottage equipped with everything any visitor would want or need during their stay. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Vrbo rental to everyone.

This is an outstanding property located in an ideal location. Very close to UNC Wilmington, the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is clear a lot of thought was put into the decor and amenities. Great stay, we really enjoyed our time in Wilmington!

Beautiful property next to a peaceful creek. The cottage was outfitted perfectly for my visit to see my daughter at UNCW. Close to the university, beach and other attractions. Beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. I was able to cook a "home-cooked" meal for my daughter. Spent a peaceful afternoon reading on the front porch surrounded by mature trees and many birds.

We loved this space! We came to Wilmington to drop our daughter off at UNCW for her Sophomore year and the location was perfect! Only minutes away from the school. Everything was so clean and beautiful! The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. We enjoyed sitting on the front deck with coffee in the mornings because it felt so private and tranquil. The hosts were so kind and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is absolutely lovely and beautifully appointed. Louise made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up to birds in the morning. The city walk trail is just a block away and was great for running and walking. It could not have been a nicer stay and I look forward to returning!

Adorable craftsman cottage, located near UNCW with easy access to downtown. Louise is awesome and was fast in responding to any questions we had. Comfy bed, cute layout, full kitchen. We'll be back!

Lovely cottage

Adult daughter & I stayed for the weekend in this lovely cottage. Owners paid attention to every detail. It has everything you need & is beautifully decorated. Cottage is centrally located between downtown Wilmington & Wrightsville Beach. Owners were fantastic to work with & helped make are stay comfortable. Highly recommend & would stay again next time we visit the area.

This was our second time staying at this amazing cottage, and we fell in love with it all over again. The moment we walked in, it felt like coming back to one of our favorite places. It’s warm, cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything we could possibly need to feel right at home.The hosts are truly wonderful. They’re so kind, welcoming, and attentive, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about making every guest’s stay special. Those little touches make such a difference.We also love the location—it’s perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. This cottage has become one of our favorite getaway spots, and we already can’t wait to come back. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming place to stay. We absolutely love it here!

We booked last minute and the owner was so accommodating. The home is immaculately clean and beautiful. Every single detail of this home is so well thought out and planned. Everything is high quality from the flooring to the blinds. We were very comfortable staying here and truly look forward to coming back and spending more time on the porch.

This cottage was brand new and impeccable. Very nice furnishings and trim details. Everything was well thought out, and it had everything you need. Covered porch on the front was delightful at night. Also a separate uncovered porch off the bedroom. It is a lovely place to stay. Our communication with owner could not have been easier. Highly recommend if you like a place that is clean, comfortable and stylish.
