Disfrute de una experiencia elegante en este lugar céntrico en Burbank. A poca distancia de Starbucks, a minutos de Disney, Warner Bros., Burbank Studios y Universal Studios. A 15 minutos de Hollywood Blvd y convenientemente ubicado cerca del aeropuerto Hollywood Burbank. Perfecto para un solo huésped. El anfitrión vive en las instalaciones para cualquier pregunta o necesidad que puedan tener los huéspedes. La habitación tiene una entrada privada con patio al aire libre, excelente lugar para relajarse, leer y disfrutar de un café por la mañana.

El espacio es acogedor apto para un solo huésped, tranquilo, privado y con baño propio. Dentro de las habitaciones contamos con escritorio de trabajo, wi-fi, tv, microondas, heladera pequeña con freezer y cafetera Krups. Con su propio acceso de invitados. Los huéspedes tendrán acceso a su propio espacio privado ubicado en el patio trasero y tendrán acceso a su propio baño y mini patio.

Beautiful space in nice neighborhood with plenty of free on-street parking, even late at night (I was returning from a concert at 1am). Comfortable bed and pillows, mini-split to keep temperature at your preference, gorgeous bathroom, kind host. Everything a solo traveler could want!

I had such a great stay! The location is perfect for getting to both Downtown LA and Beverly Hills since it’s right in the middle, and it was very easy to access.The place was extremely clean—honestly, cleaner than some hotels I’ve stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, and they had everything you could need, including a mini fridge, blow dryer, steamer, towels, and all the basic bath essentials.My favorite part was definitely the water pressure! I feel like LA sometimes lacks good water pressure, so this was such a nice surprise. The AC worked great as well, and the place stayed nice and cool whenever I needed it.Lety was so sweet and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, you really can’t ask for much more. I would definitely stay here again!

Host was welcoming and the accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler. It was really cute, very clean and affordable. Would certainly stay again!Note- the VRBO app is asking about a Winery experience. There is not a winery associated with this property, but I cannot leave a review without addressing it.

Just what I needed since I knew I would be busy and gone all day. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. Sotta was a great little Mediterranean place I would recommend.

Nice quiet location

The location was perfect, I planned to go to universal and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Everything was clean, private and quiet. The host was very kind and responsive to my messages. I would recommend staying here!

Lovely accommodation for the solo traveller

The property is in a lovely area and always feels safe. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The owner is lovely and very responsive to any questions or needs.

Very comfortable twin bed with nice sheets! Had a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave too. Wi fi was reliable. Shower had great water pressure! Very quiet and private. Street parking which was easy to navigate. Perfect for my brief stay visiting friends in the area I hadn’t seen for over 30 years! Location is near all.

Quiet

The property was very quiet and peaceful. The directions to get into the studio was super easy. The host was quick to respond about any questions. Parking is sometimes hard to come by, depending on the time of day.

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place for a solo traveler to stay if you are looking for a place close to Burbank airport! My flight arrived late, and I did not want to have to drive far away in the dark, so that's why I originally chose this place. Parking is very easy (street parking), the owner gives very clear communication, and the space (detached from the main house) is very private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. According to my sleep app, I even slept better here than I had in the last 3 weeks at home! I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet & Private ADU

Lovely place for a single person. Quiet and private ADU, easy to check-in and out. Leticia kindly introduced herself and showed me around because they happened to be home when I arrived. I briefly encountered her husband and mother-in-law (and their adorable dog) while walking through their backyard to the ADU.Street parking is readily available. It doesn't appear to be a walkable area, but I was mostly visiting to help my niece settle into college and did not explore by foot. Area is safe, and neighbors were friendly. I would stay again.

For a solo female traveler, this property is a platinum find. First off, the owners have created a very private, quiet and safe space for their guests. 1. Location: Easy to get to from BUR. Prime location very close to many restaurants, the 5 and 134/101. Also a great location if you prefer surface streets to get around the valley. 2. Safety: The property is not only behind the home's main backyard gate, there is also a separate gate that leads to a small patio. Security is always at the top of my mind when searching for accommodations and this rental is excellent. I felt very secure. 3. Cleanliness: Property inside and out was spotless. I hope future travelers take care of this space so it stays lovely. 4. Communication: Owners are reachable by text but only suggestion I would have is reaching out to renters a few days before with information on when they'll share detailed information. It's possible I missed this email, but just knowing when to expect information would have been helpful. I'm overly organized and can be anxious about not having confirmed plans, so possible this is only me that would care. 5. Parking: Yes, there is street parking, but being that the home is across from a school/youth sports facility you may be parking down the block if there is activity across the street. It's not near as bad as parking would be in Silver Lake or Echo Park, but you aren't guaranteed a spot right in front of the rental. If you stay here, please take care of it!

I love my neighborhood because I can peacefully walk my dog and walk to my nearest neighborhood coffee shop Three Sisters to get my morning coffee. During the day I can either walk or take a five minute ride to Magnolia Park where I can do some thrifting or grab some lunch at a local cafe.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I'm told by other guests what makes my place unique is that it's peaceful and quiet. It gives a modern studio apartment atmosphere and it has everything you need. A guest mentioned "the bed was comfier than any hotel bed I have been in." The bathroom is huge and spacey, with a beautiful modern design. Another guest mentioned about our outdoor patio "the tiny little outdoor area was dreamy, the bedroom comfortable and calm." If you are looking for a spot that is safe, convenient, and affordable in the Burbank area this is your place!
